From the minute I walked into this location I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. We weren’t greeted upon entering and instead glared at. We placed our order and went down to the cashier. Just some background, the only reason we went to Jersey Mikes is because we had a gift card. Upon swiping our gift card the cashier simply said “card declined,” and stared at us blankly- that would be the last word spoken to us. I politely asked him if he could try again and he angrily swiped it without saying anything. He then shook his head and handed me the card without saying anything. He didn’t try to offer any assistance or apologize at all- I’m 99% sure he could have manually entered the number in, but that was not offered. I proceeded to just give in and pay with my debit card, and the payment processed and he continued to remain silent and avoid eye contact. I left feeling extremely disappointed. I was embarrassed because I'm the one that set up the meeting here for somebody I was making a business deal with. They even looked at me after I ordered and they ordered like, what is wrong with this woman? She didn't look you in the eye when ordering or asking how you wanted the sub, had a horrible mean look on her face, never smiled and didn't say thank you or anything. I even asked her if she was having a bad day, that's how obvious it was. She said, no I'm not.
So it seems to me she should not be in customer contact. Maybe in the back doing the hot subs or not employed at Jersey Mike's at all. Didn't get her name, but she was Caucasian and had tattoos...

I was actually late, arriving 20 minutes later, and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes in the store for my order to be complete, yet every walk in customer was taken care of before the last sandwich of my order was even made. Took so long that the other hot subs in my order were cold, congealed and chewy by the time the whole order was complete. My chicken philly with no peppers, did not have any actual peppers on it, but must've been made on a really dirty grill, because that is all that I can taste, and the onions were left off, even though ordered.
