I work at the Tax Ladies (I go by Kay), and my boss Treat has been ordering from this Jimmy John's for years. I mean that quite literally haha. My boss eats there so much that I had an awesome and hilarious conversation with a wonderful person by the name of Sam that answered when I placed the order for delivery. I spent thousands at my last local JJ and even considered delivery proximity for picking where to live. This has happened on my last 3 orders and is such a let down. Extra should mean extra or take the option off so customers don’t...
