If I could give a 0 I would! Just because your staff is nice doesn’t mean you should screw over your customers! Bought a chair for $599 opted to have my delivery put in financing $85, plus (and here’s what I’m talking about!)Taxes of $32.65. I got an invoice which was very detailed! Even had my ottoman listed with the price but not purchasing today! It had my payments on monthly from their new credit company Acima (this place is shady, very very shady). Once I got my contract I questioned why my payment were $146.00 vs $129.79 I was told?!? On Acima’s end they were adding taxes, which was clearly was added to my invoice. Angie actually agreed with me, until her Sales Rep. at Acima convinced her that she’d be making,ore money by screwing me over! That chair should have been $684 in total plus the only fee to Acima in 90 days should have been their $52.65 fee which I ended up paying an extra $10 for because Acima does NOT run your card as a Point of Sale they will and did run my card as a wire transfer! I definitely recommend Phillips Discount Furniture Store in Charlottesville Va to anyone that's looking to buy brand new furniture for a Very reasonable price! We bought a sofa and a rug from there that was practically a steal! I looked at the Same sofa at other stores and those were twice as much if not more!! another thing I like about this place is the sales man and lady that helped us I believe is the owners as well and they did not try to push more sales on us like other stores would and they were just so nice and pleasant to talk to! My husband and I just moved to the area, and needed new living room furniture. We decided to check out Phillip's first. We fell in love with a sectional sofa they had. We put a deposit down on it. When we went a week later to finish paying for it, we asked when they could deliver. They were able to THAT DAY! The couch is seriously so comfortable, and very high quality.
