Juicy King Crab House — Restaurant in Virginia

This place has gone downhill. I have been several times, but will not be returning since it just gets worse. 2 waitresses working, they do not wear a uniform. They also keep their personal items, food, drinks at the booth next to check out area. Hand written signs everywhere for no vaping, yet one employee vaped at the front area. Also signs for no returns on alcohol drinks. Maybe a sign the drinks are not made right? One waitress sat us, and said another would be with us. The booths are so high, I don't think anyone knew we were sitting there. The lady who sat us ended up coming back, after she saw we had been waiting awhile. Our drinks came out after our food was brought to the table. When food came she forgot the bucket, bibs, ECT. Our appetizer came at the end of our meal. And the alcohol drink also came towards the end of our meal. The music was too loud, hard to carry on conversations with my table. And as the crowd got louder at the bar area, the music volume seemed to go up too. The item ordered from happy hour menu was full price on the bill. When asked about it, we were given attitude. Overall just not impressed with the food or service. No dungeoness crabs, boiled eggs were overcooked, the boil sauce lacked flavor and seemed watered down. I spent a lot, and walked away very...

I came here with a friend who referred the place service wa extremely slow maybe it was the waiter I got bc everyone else seemed to be on point when we got our food we did not get everything we asked for and waited about an extra 10-15 after getting the food no problem I try not to make a big deal about things like that the issue comes in when payment forms we’re taking the waiter made another mistake of swiping my card for a separate pay transaction when speaking with the owner I was told that the waiter made a mistake and that I would be receiving a refund in 10-15 day we’ll guess what I never received my refund she lied to me and I wouldn’t recommend spending my money here bc they make mistakes that they will not account for or hold anyone respond to and also the food was hot and fresh but very oily and too salty portions were small for the price you pay I will say if you eat sushi to check out the happy hour hopefully you catch them on a good day bc that’s was good but my experience I will not be going back after spending 100 and then charging my card again for 52$ and not receiving...

My family and I Went to Tasty Crab For lunch today. My Oldest son ordered the calamari basket with Cajun fries, the calamari was over cooked like rubber and had no flavor to them the fries were just ok. My youngest son ordered the Fried shrimp basket with plain fries, the Shrimp were a very respectable size but like my other sons calamari over cooked and no flavor. My wife ordered the lunch head off steamed shrimp Medium heat, the shrimp looked like they should have been covered in spice and butter but it had no flavor where as the piece of corn was full of flavor in the same bag. Lastly I ordered the oyster basket and was like the 2 previous fried items it was also over cooked and bland. I have no issue with the wait staff the young lady that took care of us was on the ball and excellent. The atmosphere was EDM hip hop meets harbor house but wasn't overly loud and at a comfortable level. So in conclusion we will probably try this restaurant one more time in the future but I hope they fix what's broken but keep...
