KFC — Restaurant in Virginia

I would like everyone to know that you should never come to this KFC. I recently went there for dinner and was not pleased that was definitely my first and last time going there. As soon as I walk inside there is nobody at the cash register so we wait in line for about 15 minutes. Then there are workers yelling saying we are out of a,b,c,etc. Finally get to the register and order, I decided to go use the restroom a faucet is broken, music is blasting in the bathroom louder then in the actually restaurant, and there was a broken lock in one of the stalls, dirty as all get out. We get back to the table to eat our food....where are our cookies and jelly and butter? We specifically asked for jelly and butter when we ordered and the cookie came with the $5 fill up meal....so where is it? So we have to get back into line to get the things we had asked for and that takes about 20 minutes....this place is very disorganized. Finally get to eat my meal the biscuits are hard as a rock almost seems as if they've been left out all day. Then they have to bribe a guy with a lemon cake to make up for all the time he has been waiting for his food to come out. By the time he had gotten his food it was cold. What kind of service is this? Oh and get this another guy was waiting in line for at least 30 minutes and walks out so thanks to everyone at KFC you have just wasted this poor guys time. Went through the drive thru and ordered the 8 piece meal for $21.99. We paid for the meal then pulled in the parking lot to check it. Once we checked, we got two mashed potatoes and no gravy like we should have. We then drove through the drive thru again to get the gravy. At the window, the manager was standing at the window waiting for us. We thought she was going to be nice and apologize for our meal being messed up. WE WERE WRONG! The manager didnt believe us that we didnt get any gravy even after we showed her the two mashed potatoes and was rude about it. Then we asked about the tiny pieces of chicken that we received in the bucket that were pitiful. She asked us what we wanted her to do about it and once we asked her if we could atleast have another piece she said no. We then said we will never be back and she closed the window. It was the worst experience we have ever had and we will never be going there again. The manager was extremely rude and...

I odered a pot pie meal, informed at window it would be a 12 minute wait. I agreed to wait and pulled up front. 20 minutes later an employee (who looked to be dressed as a manager in a button up shirt) slowly, we are talking casual stroll turtle pace) walked out swinging my bag and simply handed the bag through my window and began walking away. I asked her "Is this the pot pie meal?", as there was another car beside of me waiting, to which she turned her head around, pursed her lips and replied "Mmmmhmmm". No verification that she was handing me the correct food, no sorry about your extended wait, just the body language attitude that walking my meal across the parking lot was an inconvenience to her evening. Wonder how long my food actually sat there before she mustered up the energy to bring it outside....
