Kokee Tea - Fair Oaks — Restaurant in Virginia

This place is terrible, I'm never going back and I hope no one else goes or goes back too. The staff is INCREDIBLY rude, incompetent, and overall it is easily shown they do not care about the customers. When I went there I asked the cashier/order taker what was non-dairy/dairy free. It was super, super hard to understand him, because for some reason in 2023 he had a heavy duty mask on! And he wasn't even working with the food! So, he said the only things dairy free were the water based drinks, so I ordered a strawberry water based drink. They gave me a slushee. So, I told them that there was a misunderstanding, and one kind employee said that the milk powder was lactose free and would make a plain milk tea for me. However, then a manager came over and yelled at me saying I had to drink the slushee and it was my fault. So much for being nice on the holidays! So, do yourself a favor and NEVER, EVER go to one of these...

Kokkee Tea is an amazing place to get a good drink and all kinds of woderful stuff to try. I personally like the Cocoa Milk Tea with Tapioca balls. There is a lot of stuff for everyone. If you dont like tapioca there are other toppings to try like mango jelly, coffee jelly and more! If you dont want any toppings in it and just the drink its still good. I like to get smoothies and slushs from here with no toppings and they are pretty good with the toppings too! I totally recommend coming here at least once to get yourself some bubble tea. Good tea, great service and virtually no wait time for your drinks!...

This Kokee Tea stand is ok, but I prefer going to the Main Street location. The Fair Oaks make the bubble tea before you order so you can’t really change your mind, which I think is a little ridiculous because it should be as soon as you pay, and they have rules about touching the counter. The cashier was also judgmental about me getting a lychee tea with boba, and I had to give in and say I wanted both boba and lychee topping.
