I recently visited Elevation Burger at Fair Oaks Mall, excited to enjoy their renowned halal burgers that had been a staple on their menu. It was very frustrating that we found out after eating the burgers that it was NOT HALAL anymore. The absence of any indication of this menu alteration made the situation even more disappointing.
As a long-time customer of Elevation Burger, I believe it’s essential to express my concerns about this abrupt shift in their offerings. The lack of transparency and communication regarding the removal of halal burgers not only left me dissatisfied but also raises questions about the restaurant’s commitment to catering to the diverse dietary needs of their clientele.
I hope that by sharing my experience, both the owner of the restaurant and fellow Muslims who frequent Elevation Burger can be made aware of the impact of such decisions. It’s important for businesses to understand the significance of maintaining clear communication with their customers, especially when changes in menu items can affect a specific group of patrons.
In the future, I sincerely hope that Elevation Burger Fair Oaks Mall reconsiders their approach to menu changes and places a stronger emphasis on keeping customers informed, particularly those who have already placed their orders. This would not only enhance the dining experience but also demonstrate a genuine respect for the preferences and needs of all their customers.
Overall, my recent visit left me disappointed and somewhat taken aback, but I remain optimistic that Elevation Burger will take this feedback constructively and continue to provide an inclusive and satisfying dining experience...
Read moreThe store itself seemed clean, and there was more indoor and outdoor seating than I initially expected. I came in to place an order for takeout. I was thrown off quite a bit when I went up to the cashier to place my order as he did not say anything to me. I started with saying "Hello" and got no reply. I found this to be very awkward. I ordered an Impossible Burger and a side of Olive Oil Fries. When the cashier did speak to me, he was barely speaking at a low mumble. I understand that masks muffle our voices, but that's why it's extremely important to speak up more than usual and enunciate. Based on the customer service experience I am not inclined to go back. The food itself is more expensive than I think it's worth. A single patty impossible burger and fries was about $14. If you're going to charge that much at least have the decency to toast the buns lol. Even Burger King toasts theirs. And on that note, my burger bun was soggy by the time I got back home.. I live 5 minutes away. The fries are shoestring style and slightly reminiscent of boardwalk fries. But sadly not seasoned enough for my taste. I appreciate having a vegetarian option, but I don't think I will be...
Read moreMy sister wanted some food for her birthday, so we placed an order through their website as we’ve done multiple times before. The website was a little weird in that it wasn’t allowing me to order crispy chicken sandwiches with “crispy” chicken and only gave me “grilled” chicken as the option at this location, but I was able to work around that but removing things off their specialty burgers.
We got there, order wasn’t ready, but the employee kept apologizing and slowly bringing things out (it was a sizable order). We kept saying it was no big deal, since fresh food is always better, and we could see that it was being made right then. Even so, at the end, he offered us four free bottled drinks to make up for the lateness, which was so kind of him.
I did have to come back in since we were given 4 orders of fries instead of 3 fries and 1 elevation fries, but I just showed him the receipt and he quickly made an order of elevation fries and kept apologizing.
I never mind lateness or messing up orders when customer service is good. I wish I’d gotten the worker’s name, but I was trying to keep track of all the food so I didn’t pay attention. This was at around...
