I ordered a pizza on New Year's Eve and got a receipt confirming my order. When we got to the store, my boyfriend went to get the order only to find the door was locked. After someone finally came to the door we were told that the store did not have the product and we would have to cancel our order online. Both my boyfriend and I tried canceling our order and could not find on the website how to (we had ordered under a guest). When we tried to click the link for track our order in the email an error code came up. We tried calling the store several times and customer service to which we received no answer from either. Both my boyfriend and I have worked for Papa John's and we both understand how busy NYE is and that product does go quickly on that night. But the customer service was non existent and we were very upset and disappointed about how it was handled. We never received any email saying that our order was completed but we were charged for a pizza we never received. I called customer service and spoke to Hilary who was very nice. She assured us that we would receive a call from the District Manager. That was on Tuesday, this is now Saturday. No call from the DM, no response to my email and no refund of a pizza I have not received. I'd say this is the worst customer service I've ever received but I haven't even received customer service. I'll be calling customer service again and I will be demanding my money back. I hope whoever was there on NYE gets written up as well as the general manager. This is unacceptable. Now I'm posting on Google as a review. Hopefully to get someone to reach out to me so I can get...
Read moreI live only a few minutes from this Little Caesars and when it first opened I was so excited to have one so close. I don't know what has happened but they have completely gone down hill in the past year. Pizza is never ready. Everyone always is standing around waiting for their pizza. I have learned you have to call and order your pizza ahead in order for it to be ready when you get there. A month ago I did that and when I arrived, I waited an additional 20 minutes on my pizza that ended up not being the right pizza. I walked out and went to Dominos. Today was my daughters birthday party. Last night at 9:00 I went in to pre order 4 pizzas and they were to be ready at noon today. My husband got there at noon and didn't get back into the car until 12:36. Her party started at 1. Not only was my pre ordered pizza not ready, the order was incorrect too. I ordered 3 pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza (also correctly ordered on my receipt from the night before). Instead I received two pepperoni and 1 cheese. This will be my last time going to this Little Caesars. Unfortuneately this is the only Litte Caesars close to us so from now on my business will be going to Pizza Hut or Dominos. While their pizza is more expensive, at least it is always ready when I get there...
Read moreI had an awful experience at the Little Caesars on Williamson Road. I placed my order online, and it said it would be ready by 3:17 PM. I showed up at 3:30 — more than enough time — and they still didn’t have it ready. When I asked why, I was told they were short-handed, even though I saw five employees working in the back.
I politely asked if they could just give me something they already had ready instead, since I had no other form of payment and couldn’t wait another 20 minutes. Instead of trying to help, the guy spoke to me like a dog — literally told me, “Wait a damn minute,” with a nasty attitude. Completely uncalled for.
When I asked to cancel the order, he got smart and said, “It’s probably going to take me just as long to cancel it as it would to make it,” then took his sweet time, clearly doing it on purpose.
The shift leader, Josh, was no help at all and seemed completely lost. District Manager Richard Jones needs to step in and get this place together. My order wasn’t complicated — just some cheese puffs and a pepperoni cheese pizza.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — not even for free pizza. Disrespectful staff and horrible...
