This little caesars has gone down hill. Like complete nose dive! I don't know if they're under new management or what. They used to be great. But for the past 3 months they've messed up our order multiple time. It seems like the person taking the order, each time a different person, has no idea what is going on. The manager seemed to be the only person actually making pizza's. I actually used to work at a little caesars and we used to be super busy, but we crushed it and actually had fun doing it. Everyone here seems miserable and stoned out of their mind now days. Hard to find good help these days. People that actually care about the work they do. But, i guess you get what you pay for. Cheap pizza.
UPDATE: Swore I would never go back BUT with the addition of a new app, hot and ready pre order pickup box, i thought that would really cut down on human error. Of course, I was wrong. Ordered 3 pizzas. At a quick glance, they looked right. Got home, one was wrong. Called, told the person on the phone what happened. Seemed to be really confused in understanding words. Said my fixed mistake pizza would be ready soon. Went back up there, AGAIN, GOT IT WRONG! It wasn't a tough pizza. Isn't that their job. To make pizza?! Seriously, if you cant make pizza, find a new job! So I told them I just wanted my money back. After what i assume was the severely stoned manage looked at his computer screen for five minutes, finally asked "what name was the order under?". I have no words. I know people don't make enough money to care about what they do, but seriously. This place used to rock. We loved it and gave a lot of our money to this place. I want the old management back! Now we have to drive 10+mins down the road to another little caesars to get decent service. Or better yet, try Cousin Vinny's on 360. They have outstanding $5 pizza.
UPDATE: So I refuse to go here, but my family still insists to go here from time to time. So the only I eat is Italian cheese bread. And it was tasting strange so I looked and found this piece of rubber in the middle of the dough. No telling how much my family and I ate. If we get sick or worse, someone will be taking little caesars very soon. Just wanted to get this evidence out in public asap.
Update yet again. My kids just keep torturing me with trying this place. My kid won his baseball game, the other got promoted at work. So riding high I was like let's get pizza. ANYWHERE y'all want. And they were like little Caesars. It will be quick. Fat chance but ok. Then they wanted stuffed crust. So then it was 99% chance it was gonna be a $#i÷ show. And it was. Was told twenty minutes. Ok sure. 45 minutes later after other customers had come and gone all around me, I went back to the window and asked for my money back. Kid said "oh they didn't bring you your pizzas yet?" Yeah no, genius. Give me my money back. And my fing pizzas! "No we can't do both." This place and it's employees are without a shadow of a doubt the worst. Absolute waste of time, energy, money, air, cheese. I hope they plow this place to the ground. I've never hated a freaking place of business so much. They constantly fail. Read moreProbably the most incompetent customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered stuffed crazy bread through the app. That’s it. I drive up 10 minutes later and I ask about it, and an employee stated it was still in the oven. Fine as it was a Saturday evening and I could understand it can get backed up. 20 minutes later the status on the app was still marked as “in the oven”. I walk back in and as I’m waiting for someone to assist me there are multiple customers walking in and out of the store inquiring about their order and some who have been waiting for as much as an hour. They have such a disorganized process and system and the staff acted as if they were being inconvenienced. Even the non-express pizza joints can process orders quicker than this. I finally was assisted 45 minutes in and the young man at the counter scrambled to the back…I noticed he pulled my sticks out of the oven (who knows how long they’ve been sitting in there??? ) and immediately brought them to me without apologizing. I open it up and the sticks are burnt and taste like rubber and the garlic was literally dumped on the sticks. This is completely inexcusable and corporate seriously needs to evaluate this location because based on what I’ve witnessed and the numerous one-star reviews posted below, there is clearly no management or system in place to promote good customer service and efficiency in carrying out these orders. It is flat out ridiculous that I had to wait an hour for a few stuffed breadsticks and multiple others waiting outside to have to wait for a similar amount of time for their orders, only to have such terrible quality in food in return. Read moreOrder ahead for my nephew birthday party. When I say ahead, I mean days. Got there, I was 2nd car in the drive thru, after the car ahead left me, I pulled up and the manager of the store opened the window and said one moment please...without even asking me anything....15 minutes later and several cars behind me(which 3 of the 4 left) the manager finally came back to the window and say “what do you want”...I gave her my name and she took my card and was finally done. However my main concerns here were during that 15 minute wait you could see her yelling at the 2 other employees, throwing her hands up, her running around snatching pizzas and boxes from the other employee hands. You could tell she was a micro manager. Unfortunately I saw everything. For myself, if I see a boss doing this to employees in front of customers this is just as bad as long wait times, horrible food.
