So I roll up to this particular KFC on or about 7:45 Sun night and after attempting to go inside (locked) I get in line for the drive through .. after waiting an exceptionally long time in relation to the 3 cars that were ahead of me it is finally my turn to order .. I then order a #9 (I think) with mashed potatoes and mac n' cheese with a Mtn. Dew now the reason my entire order was important is the fact that I was asked what sides and what drink did I want before the realization that they only had 1 breast 1 thigh and 1 wing (extra crispy) in the entire restaurant so I sigh .. look at the menu and ask what type of combo could I get with those items .. I was told a #1 and she would throw in the extra piece for free what I find slightly interesting is that she said they were dropping more but it would take 20 min ... I was not the last car in the line and I wonder what would have been said if I had asked to wait the 20 min (sorry off track) so I say fine I would like a #1 combo with mashed potatoes and mac n' cheese and a large Mtn. Dew ... sorry we are out of Mtn. Dew we have Sierra Mist ..... really .. that is when I canceled my order and drove around to leave which is when i noticed i must not have been the first or even the 2nd car to cancel because my conversation with the cashier was relatively quick and I would have seen at least the car directly in front of me if they both hadn't have canceled also it goes back to my original thought I do not think they were dropping any more chicken unfortunately this was not my first time at this particular restaurant it wasn't even my 3rd time (this is the only KFC on Midlothian Tpk.) ... kinda makes me sad sure they can leave early if no one is ordering chicken and they have already cleaned up but they will also be out if a job because no one will gamble that they will have chicken at a chicken restaurant...
Read moreI am so blessed to have Jordan take care of us during our drive thru ordering option! I have literally gone OUT of my way to come here. Jordan needs to own his OWN franchise. He knows how to take care of customers. If he does not get a raise I will not be returning! He is efficient, kind, fast, articulate and best of all he goes out of his way during a busy time to talk to us, any any questions, service us professionally. I truly believe if there was a Jordan at every KFC the world would be a better place. He is the only service member I will never forget. If he is not working at this store I will not accept being helped by any one else. Please acknowledge this young mans customer service. He deserves it more than anyone I know. He put a smile on our face and he deserves the same respect. He needs to become a manager or franchise owner. Jordan is the prime example of who we need running busy establishments like this one. I will directly be contacting corporate and the manager here to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves. Like I said before if there was a Jordan at every establishment then the world would be a better place. If you take care of him (corporate) he will go above and beyond for all of your customers this resulting in more business which leads to more money meaning Jordan needs a raise because he is the only reason I will come back. Read moreWe went through drive thru last night at 9pm. They don’t close until 10-1030pm. We sat there for over 10minutes waiting for them to acknowledge someone in drive thru and take orders. A door dash driver was at the door trying to get inside to get order and no one acknowledged him. Finally someone came on to take order. Well, while order being taken someone else jumps on mic and said they would have to mix and match my chicken, I said that was fine. You could hear another worker in back ground making the ugh sound very loudly. They were out of sweet tea but didn’t tell me until I got to the window. I was given in fresh chicken, cold Mac and cheese, and cold potatoes and gravy. My bill was $45. You would’ve thought that if they didn’t want to make anything fresh they would’ve at least given me the food half off. The service was horrible. I pulled to the window and a girl was hanging out saying Um what you order? Then the guy fixed me a Pepsi bc they were out of tea. Then someone yelled from the back have them pull up. We waited for over 15-20 minutes for them to bring order outside. Lady handed me the stuff and she was like i don’t know why someone else in that drive they because we not fixing no more food.
