Livvy’s Ice Cream is hands down the best ice cream spot ever! This charming little place has the perfect mix of small-town charm and nostalgic vibes. Walking up the boardwalk, we were immediately drawn in by the cozy wrap-around porch, glowing traffic light, and the rows of license plates hanging overhead—it all added so much character!

The atmosphere was absolutely perfect for an ice cream date with my husband. With soft Christian music playing in the background and twinkling lights setting the mood, it felt like a scene straight out of a summer night dream. The staff was so kind and welcoming, happily letting us sample flavors before making our final picks.

And the ice cream? Incredible. He went with cotton candy and birthday cake, while I had chocolate and cookies and cream—each scoop was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious.

I have been going to Livy's just about since it opened. People and service are very good. Over time I have noticed the size of the ice cream in the cones have shrank dramatically. At the beginning if you ordered a scoop you got a full scoop. For about the last 6 or 7 months it has been about half of that. I asked them about it, they said they have to weigh it now. For the price I would expect more. We went there this evening and it was very disappointing. The sizes got even smaller and they changed their waffle cones. They do not taste the same. I didn't mind paying the price before, but now it is just too expensive for what they have downsized to. I know times are different, but for the price of one cone you can buy a gallon of ice cream.

Wonderful atmosphere; family friendly. Henry County needs more businesses like this. They seem to have taken the long wait concerns into account at some point and had people actively taking drive thru orders from a note pad while people were in line. Parking is difficult considering there are no lines for drive thru and people tend to pile in behind your vehicle easily but if you aren't in a hurry and simply want a place to site and enjoy the food and atmosphere, then you will be in...
