Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Virginia

Let me start with this place was incredibly busy. When you sit in a long line over 10 minutes without moving you know it's busy. I got tired of waiting in the outside line and decided to go inside. I should've stayed outside stood and waited for an additional 10 mins before my order was taken, no one else was waiting except for me. After my order was taken I waited 10-15 mins more. The crew was working hard however I felt like there wasn't any organization to their chaos. The food was just ok a tad bit greasy due to old grease. Which is understandable if they are that busy when will they have time to change it. Once doesn't seem like enough. I really was disappointed I had my mouth set for some LJS considering I do not live in the area and we do not have a local LJS. I will attempt going again another time. Hopefully, it...

If I could rate this zero stars I would in a heartbeat. Twice I've come here 10-15 minutes before closing only to be ignored at the drive through. Jay the manager made sure to wait ten minutes before acknowledging us. Only to come to the window and say that they are closed and didn't hear us. Jay and the lady with the blue hair started giving us attitudes saying they "aren't doing nothing about it cuz they closed now". We were trying to call the corporate office in the parking lot afterwards and saw the manager Jay and Employees carrying food outside to their car. Looks like they didn't want to serve anyone to guarantee that whatever food was left was theirs to take home and not to be sold. I'll be following up with corporate until someone is reprimanded or fired because Jay is obviously not the manager this...

I CAME TO LONG JOHN WITH MY HUSBAND ON 6/26/19. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING. WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR DINNER. THE CASHIER WAS A YOUNG MAN . HE WAS WONDERFUL AND VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. I LOVE SPENDING .MY MONEY WHEN THE FOOD IS GOOD. THE FOOD WAS AWSOME IT LEFT A REALLY GOOD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. ALSO I COULD NOT EAT IT ALL. I TOOK IT HOME AND 3 HOURS LATER I HEATED THE FOOD UP AND IT STILL WAS GOOD. MY DAD MR. HENRY MAY ATE AT LONG JOHN SILVERS EVERYDAY . HE NEVER MISSED ADAY. FOR ABOUT 3 TO 4 YEARS MY DAD ATE THERE EVERYDAY UNTIL HE PASSED AWAY IN 2010. NOW I SEE WHY MY FATHER LOVED LONG JOHN SO MUCH.
