Luca's Pizza Express — Restaurant in Virginia

First order placed was good, however the last two, not enough cheese. When paying for extra cheese I expect to see a cheese pull when picking up a slice, not the toppings falling off because there's not enough cheese to stick to it. I thought I would give them another try and even wrote in the instructions to please make sure it's extra cheese because with the prior order, I had to use my own mozzarella to doctor the pizza. I thought calling and letting them know I wasn't pleased would result in them wanting to make it right, but instead I got "I personally looked at the pizza before it left to make sure extra cheese was put on it" and "send me a picture". Not sure what sending a picture will do if you've already made up in your mind that there was enough cheese on it. But no worries, won't be...

We’ve ordered here twice. Once we did one pepperoni and cheese pizza for their Thursday BOGO special. The delivery was incredibly fast. The pizza was crisp and piping hot with the perfect portion of meat, cheese, and sauce. I was so impressed that I wanted to try it again!

Second time, we did a custom pizza with tons of toppings. It was delivered with the quickness and even more delicious than before.

And then I bit into their Buffalo Chicken Pizza and was transported to a place of bliss. What a flavorful slice of heaven! The best wing-inspired pizza I’ve ever tasted. I’m still reeling about how perfect it is.

Try the 3 cheese white pizza! The gluten-free pizzas are 14"!! I ordered delivery and they came pretty quickly, also if you pay cash you get a little discount. Unfortunately the gf pizzas aren't a part of the Thursday bogo special (which is a bummer since I waited until a Thursday to try this place) People with dietary restrictions can't participate in the special I guess :(

EDIT They changed the the gluten free crust and it absolutely sucks now, I wish I took a picture of the whole pizza but ive attached some pics of slices for comparison. It's pitiful now. It's a thin piece cardboard no longer 14" inches. It's honestly really bad PLEASE Lucas switch back to the fluffy delicious gluten free crust I'm begging please. Whatever you switched...
