Before going, I called to see if they would be able to accommodate a person who is vegan. Understanding not everywhere has options. Which is perfectly fine. When calling, I spoke with a young lady, and I asked her if they would be able to accommodate me and, if so, what are your options. So she begins by saying, "we have Turkey Burgers, Salads, black bean burgers." So I responded, "Thank you, but a turkey burger is not vegan," and began to ask other questions about the black bean burger. She was not able to answer, nor was the staff in the back because the packaging the burgers came in, they throw away. However, she did say to check them ingredients to morning star burgers, so that was helpful. Fast forward to the day we visited. First, my boss called to set up a reservation, and we got there, and they don't do reservations. Okay, no big deal, they still were able to accommodate. Next, I asked the waitress what some vegan options were. She said we can build you a sandwich but never provided my options. Next I asked how were the fries prepared she said they are cooked in the same oil as everything else. Okay, again, no big deal. What are my options? Finally, I saw something safe broccoli, corn, and fruit, at least I thought. I looked at my plate, and the broccoli had brown spots on it and had no seasoning along with the corn. The fruit was not fresh. So my meal wasn't that great. I have had family members say that weren't that good (raw bacon on a sandwich and unseasoned food). So at least I can say that I have...

Would have been 5 stars if I would have reviewed the first night BUT after finding this piece of plastic in the nachos second night, I was a little disappointed....

The Saturday Night sandwich is AWESOME(first night) Best sandwich I've had on the east coast so far. It's not "packaged lunchmeat style" meats!! It's actual slices of roast beef, oven roasted turkey, and thick ham(pepperoni, salami, bacon as well)The pepper spread just sets it apart from any other sandwich! OUTSTANDING!! My partner had the "Cowboy Burger " which he stated it was delicious and cooked to perfection.

We enjoyed our meals that night, so next night we stopped in for drinks and ordered to take back to our hotel. While eating the Nachos with buffalo chicken dip, which both of us complementing how good they were, that's when I found the plastic!!! Just like a balloon popping. Ruined that!! Thankfully the Maple Salmon turn out to be awesome along with the butternut squash. My partner had Pork Chops which he stated were so tender and mashed potatoes were very tasty. Pros: food is good, especially the burgers.

Cons: they WILL, 100%, get your order wrong. I have ordered take out from them 4 times and EVERY TIME they got something wrong with the order. And it's not the kitchen, it's the waitstaff. I know this because the ticket stapled to the bag was wrong. What is even more galling is that the waitstaff read the order back to you before you get off the phone but then STILL manage to screw it up by entering it wrong in the ticket system!

The shoddy waitstaff experience is not only limited to take out. I was in there about 2 weeks ago and they got our dine-in order wrong too! The only reasonable explanation is that the waitstaff just does not care.

So, if you are intent on ordering take-out ensure you check your order before leaving because there is virtually a 100% chance they have gotten it wrong.
