This one star is for one night's experience only! I am EXTREMELY courteous when I deal with any and all employees wherever I go, as I have been in their shoes and know what it feels like working in customer service and have dealt with rude customers. Last night my boyfriend and I used the drive thru and a girl came over the speaker. She Didnt seem happy, but we remained positive and polite. All we ordered was a mcflurry with fudge, because she was clearly having trouble with the speaker. After what seemed to be the longest minute ever of no response, I asked "are you there?" She told us she hadn't heard what we asked her to put in the mcflurry. We repeated and then she gave us a price but didn't tell us which window to pull up to, which was a little bit of a bummer as she was at the second window, not the first. No worries, I pulled onto the second window after realizing she wasn't at the first. We paid her and then she handed me the card back and the mcflurry and closed the window and walked away. I sat there not knowing if that was it or if she was going to give me a receipt. No receipt. No "have a good night" not. A. Word! She made a face at me when I was looking in the window trying to see if she was coming back so we left. The Caucasian female with dreads is the worst employee there. I wouldn't have had any issues if she simply said "goodbye" or...
Read moreterrible all around. I went into the drive-through. I was there for about 10 minutes before even moving to get my food . while I was sitting at the second window, waiting for my food, an employee walked out to his car. Another employee started yelling at him through the drive-through window, where I was sitting with my window down I assume telling him somebody was on the phone for him to which the guy leaned into The front ofmy car trying to get past it so he could reach the phone through the drive-through window. after checking my bag my sauces were not in my bag. I went back to get them and there was one person in the front who was also running food out to the car so I also had to wait another five minutes just to get my sauces. While I was waiting, another employee came through and walked in front of all of us while on his phone going into the back as well. I got back in my car started heading home and then saw that my cheeseburger was completely wrong. I had asked for plain and it had everything on it. I had stopped going to this McDonald's for a while because it was not good in the past I figured I would give it a try and now I regret my decision and will still not be returning to this location. extremely...
Read moreI don’t typically eat at McDonalds all that often because I usually have bad experiences, however, I was passing through and stopped to grab a quick lunch for the road and I was seriously impressed by the experience. Simple order, a lunch deal they had a quarter pounder with cheese and a 10 piece McNugget. I didn’t wait in the drive thru 2 minutes and as I grabbed my food the lady had the bag neatly folded and handed it out the window (any other time it is wide open and contents just thrown in). My burger was neatly made with a slice of cheese on top and on bottom of the burger (idk if it’s supposed to have 1 or 2 slices) and it looked like it does in a picture! It wasn’t all sloppy with the buns and cheese and ketchup every which way making for a terrible eating while driving experience like the other restaurants. They even gave me 3 sweet & sour sauces in a little plastic baggy inside of the brown bag. As I previously stated I typically don’t eat at McDonald’s but I’m glad I stopped there and was thoroughly impressed and highly recommend. The experience was notable and the employees should get recognition for standing superior to their...
