Worst experience ever. Every single time i go to this stupid mcdonalds these idiots mess everything up. Food from hours ago, drinks over flowing and spilling all over my car. This is after waiting in line for an eternity. I tried calling to complain, but got a busy signal for 30 straight minutes. Probably from everyone else complaining! They need a 3rd window, the one where you go to correct your order after they #&$% it up. I hate this place with a passion. Just this one location. Complete idiots. I would give -10 stars if i could. When i got home just now i was so pissed i wanted to grab a chefs knife and stab it in my forehead. Because like them, im also a complete retard and for some reason think maybe next time will be better. I #&$^@ hate this location and everyone inside. Easiest job in the world yet they find a way to screw it up. Busy signal over and over again, if i had the time id drive up there again just to tell them how stupid they are. Then when they offer me more disgusting food for free at which point im going to paint it on the side of their building. A building i cannot believe hasnt been bulldozedand replaced with something people can buy edible food from. I could go on and on. So if you want to completely flush your money that you earned from a real job then come here, they can definitely accomadate at least that much....

I live in the area and have been to this location several times. Customer service is generally quite bad and the hamburger rolls and english muffins are often stale and hard as a rock. This morning I went and had the typical experience: was greeted at the drive thru by a voice that sounded like I was more of an inconvenience and then when I pulled up to get the food, they open the window, hand me the food and shut the window as quickly as possible without speaking a word. I gave it 2 stars because occasionally there is a friendly employee but it's definitely the exception at this location. In my experience, the McDs at Breckenridge is much better with both customer service and quality of food. Changed to one star, would be zero if possible. This may seem trivial but they actually refused to put hot fudge in a separate cup from ice cream. My wife was on way back from a long trip and I wanted to make sure hot fudge sundae was ready for her when she got home without being melted. Straight up, they refused a very simple request to a long term...
