Well here we go I knew there was a reason why I was hesitant about trying Mickey D's new crispy chicken sandwich.
Went to the McDonald's at 250 Rivendell Ct. Winchester Va today 3/25/21 and as usual the drive thru was busy so everything is pretty fresh when they're busy.
I ordered the crispy chicken deluxe meal and when I opened the sandwich it was all strewn throughout the box so I had to reassemble it, the tomatoes on it were horrible looking, my french fries were not a full order and the coke was not filled as well.
The chicken sandwich was crispy but was lacking in flavor big time so in my opinion for the $9.50 that the meal cost I would suggest that it would be better spent at Popeyes because their crispy chicken sandwich is the best, then Chick Fillet , then Wendy's new chicken sandwich, then McDonald's Mc chicken, then Burger King's classic chicken sandwich, and coming up last McDonald's new Crispy chicken sandwich.
Really the only good thing about my McDonald's new crispy chicken sandwich meal is that it was hot.
Next trip to Mickey D's I think I will stick with the Mcdoubles and satisfy my chicken cravings at Popeyes Chicken. UPDATE: 4/4/23 Trips to McDonald's especially this one on Riverdale Ct in Winchester Va have been few and far between but now I'm pretty much done with them altogether. Not only is the service absolutely horrible so are the prices and now one of the reasons I did go was for the mcdoubles but after the ones I had today they will be my last. It has gotten absolutely disgusting as to what some of our most loved fast food places pass off as food nowadays and paying a lot more for it...Tisk-Tisk đĽ
Don't know why I keep coming to this McDonald's because the service at this Rivendale Plaza location is always slow to serve with dine in. Went in today 7/9/24 at 2:00 and stood at the front counter a good 6 minutes before finally making the comment that I must be invisible before leaving. I can't stress enough how disrespectful it is to ignore a paying customer and they weren't that busy with only one other dine in customer and 3 cars in the drive thru. So I went to the Rutherford Crossing McDonalds that's way busier and yet got immediate service so I would guess that it's a lack of employee's willing to do a good job at the 522...
   Read moreTalk about lunch and a show. Right at the high of lunch the manager decides to take a break while there is a huge line and no orders are coming out.
Waited around 15 minutes for my mobile order to come out. Which I had to get up and ask about and they couldnât find the order even though it was on the screen.
People are getting vocal and employees are yelling at each other in front of customers. Still the manager is just sitting there watching it happen. Thankfully one worker with brown hair busted her tail to get everything fixed for people. She was an angel but this manager needs additional training or needs to find a job not in management.
The manager finally got up was after a customer yelled for the manager and chewed her out after an employee got hostile with him about the missing items in his order. But she did nothing other than waddle to the back after the lunch craze died down.
I recommend staying away until for this location until corporate jumps in and fixes this because obviously no one there cares and the franchisee is letting it happen.
The only thing I recommend is watching the train wreck happen because thatâs all this McDonaldâs has...
   Read moreI visited this restaurant on 09-28-20 at 6:03pm. I ordered to fish fillet sandwiches plain. The drive thru cashier repeated my order and said no cheese or tarter correct. I said yes due to a lactose allergy. She said no problem. I get ten minutes down the road only to find out that cheese was put on both of them. I call and ask to speak to a manager. She says Iâam one and let her know what happened. She begins to blame me saying that just because I asked for it plain doesnât mean it wouldnât have cheese. Even after I explained that the order was repeated exactly how I needed it. She then tells me to call back in 30 minutes. I also here a voice in the back ground say she couldnât wipe it off??? Evidently this McDonaldâs could care less if you have a allergy or not. Itâs sad that human life isnât valued hear.
