I have been going to this McDonald's since it was built 50 years ago. I've always enjoyed the staff they are always pleasant, always courteous, always kind and always recognize my face. Yesterday I went through the drive-thru and there was a new person working there and she gave me a bag full of wrong food. When I got home I noticed the food I order was incorrect than what I order. I called and spoke with the manager Kelly who I told "I love your McDonald's I love you guys I'm not going to give you a hard time"and she said she appreciated that and that she would take care of me tomorrow. This morning I go to the drive-through and asked if Kelly put me in a book to have me compensated. I told the morning manager that Kelly had comped me out. The morning manager, and did she see the note. An she said yes. I ordered the same thing that I ordered the day before. She said that I was not entitled to one value meal. I very calmly ask her how it could possibly be that I ordered a bag full of food yesterday and I'm being compensated by value meal. She said that's all I'm allowed to give you. And I said oh well I paid for my food and as she was handing my food out I said enjoy your day. She forgot to give me my credit card and she handed out my credit card and I said enjoy the rest of your day. she slammed the door in my face that is rude and incalled for, unprofessional and this person needs to be corrected!!!!!!!!!! I have never experienced such rudeness when I was trying to go out of my way to be polite. As I stated before I love all the employees at this restaurant but after today like I said I'll never step foot in there again because you've got people with attitudes that don't know how to treat their customers with respect!!! I will never step foot in this McDonald's ever again after 50 years I hope that prove something to somebody!!!!!!! and guess what? word of mouth is the best form of advertisement it's free and reliable and guess what kind of free advertisement you're going to get from this man?????I was an only entitled to a value, and not the two sausage egg McGriddles not my egg McMuffin and not my chicken biscuit. All they wanted to give me was hash browns drink and a egg McMuffin. Months after I had a family member work there and she over heard him saying to another manager "why is she here I dont like her" for her to report it too Hr and they absolutely did nothing. You can't treat people wrong because you dislike them. Your are going to come in contact with Manny people but have RESPECT for your workers and customers. Not too mentioned when they family member spoke on how she was treated....they slowly took her off the schedule and didn't say a word! This guy is so rude and can potentially get you a lawsuit... But yall did nothing! I saw a group text when another employee asked why she wasn't on schedule and he replied "cause I dont like you" Mcdonald's get someone else to do the job because he ain't it! Plenty of people is in need of a job, give it too someone who will respect your company. Also when I walked in on the main big table he had all the employees name and phone numbers in the public view and said it's not a big deal...um yes its is sir. Read moreI stopped coming here because it’s always dirty and the night manager was very rude and lazy, anytime you asked him something he acted like it was an issue…. I go to the one on West Broad next to West Broad Honda and it’s always clean and they’re very friendly especially the manager in the morning but I decided to stop by this location again today…after walking in and using the restroom I left because the lobby was filthy and there wasn’t even any customers so there’s no excuse
I come in here about 3-4 times a week for breakfast and it’s great, the manager David always has everything right and is a very nice guy. But anytime Ive come in the evening its terrible, tables dirty, drink bar dirty, floors covered in trash and food, ants after the food by the door, idk who the manager is but they clearly don't care, tonight every single table was dirty, not even exaggerating, it was every table, so I sat at the least dirty one.
