McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

Being fast food I guess I shouldn't expect superb taste, but at least be friendly and get the order right it's not that hard. Unfortunately my boyfriend loves the nuggets and likes to frequent McDonald's. almost every visit, something goes wrong. tonight, I got in line 1 at the drive thru behind someone as there was someone in lane 2 also. the person ahead of me took very long to order and before I could back up and go in lane 2 someone else pulled up behind me. sat there and waited for lane 1 to finish while 2 cars in lane 2 were helped, not sure how that is fair for people sitting in line. oh well maybe that was my fault. finally order my food and the gentleman missed half my order and I had to tell him the whole thing again. finally get to the window to pick up my food and the girl handed me my large coke and I asked what order was in the bag, she looked at me like I had 3 heads. I told her what my order was and she said yeah I think so. well I didn't sit at the window and go thru my order bc there was a long line of others sitting in drive thru so I pulled around and checked my order. wrong! sweet tea not coke. i go in to fix it and not one person in fhere had anything protecting their hair from getting in food. most of the women had loose ponytails. gross! hair in your food is one thing but someone elses hair. no one here is ever...

Absolutely terrible. 0 stars if I could. I have had plenty of wonderful experiences but my last experience here makes me not only never want to come back to this McDonalds again, but never go to any McDonalds again. The crew members were very polite but I absolutely refuse to go to any establishment where the management is terrible. I don't know what position Daniel holds in management but he is awful. I frequent 5 star restaurants quite often and I have seen rest stations with better management than him. I think that McDonalds needs to rethink their decision to allow such a horrid person be anywhere near the customer or employee facing part of this establishment because this is absolutely unacceptable. This McDonald’s drives me insane because I’ll pull into the drive thru at around 11 pm and the restaurant is closed. On the website it says they close at 12 am. In the morning when getting breakfast, the hotcakes they serve always smell and taste terrible and are always stale/hard. There has been multiple times where they’d have both lines open and I pull up to the right one and no one answers at all. Multiple people have gone thru the left side, placing their orders and were still sitting there waiting. We’ve had to pull all the way around again just to get our order placed.
