We have lived in this area for the past thirty years. Out of necessity, since this location is near our house, we visit the place often, I pick up breakfast from here almost everyday or every other day. First, the sign may very well indicate a McDonald’s, however, this place is an “Indian” restaurant, all from India, with extremely poor service, front cashiers including floor supervisors are mean, rude, disrespectful, totally lacking any type of manner. These people have no respect for the customer. I have waited for someone to take my order for over three to four minutes to only hear – “Wait, I am busy”. Furthermore, somehow to their opinion, the Almighty sign their paycheck and customers have nothing to do with it. As usual, I was there this morning - first, around 7 am, some of the employees were just signing in. They had no face masks, no gloves while handling my food. There is this old Indian woman, might be a supervisor, she runs a local kingdom there, she thinks that she is doing the customer a favor by taking orders. She screams, she is loud, just asking for a cup holder, she started throwing things around. She has no manner, like an idiot, she constantly argues with the customer. A customer can be waiting there for minutes while she is just walking around and if asked, her answer is “wait, I am busy”. What is so important then serving the customer who has been waiting for minutes, and this is a regular occurrence, such a low level of standard. Related to the drive in, 95% of the time, the order is not complete, always, you are either over charged or you are missing food. The slowest drive through that I have ever seen. We have complained so often, we called their main customer service, but nothing, becoming worst. These people in this McDonalds have taken “poor customer service” to a higher level. I do not anticipate any changes, not any time soon. Lack of respect, poor service is rooted in their culture and as a consumer, unfortunately, we must put...
Read moreThere is a lady who I believe may be the manager who is beyond rude. As I'm looking through reviews, it seems like it is a recurring situation. All of the other employees seem to be trying their best at their job, as this lady constantly scolds them; and when orders get mixed up/go wrong she instantly starts to blame them. She seemed to be the main person putting together orders and sending them out, so... if something was missing when she sends it out...wouldn't that be her fault?
I was here on 6/12/22 at about 10:00am. I had ordered at one of the screens and was waiting for my ticket number to be called. I waited for my food for about 30 minutes. It was obviously busy and orders seemed to have got mixed up or certain things were missing from peoples' orders. But BASICALLY within that time I was waiting I witness this manager's attitude and rudeness to ALL the customers waiting there. 1st- she slammed this girl's coffee on the counter when remaking it because it was the wrong size; 2nd- yelled at this guy who had an ubereats/doordash order, 3rd- there was a VERY PATIENT mother with her 2 children waiting for their ticket number to be called, the manager yelled at her "why are you standing there", the mother gave the manager her ticket number and the manager said that she called the number already and said "you should have been listening". And lastly to me, she could've easily asked politely what our ticket number was and what we were waiting for but instead we got yelled at "What are you waiting for?". I can go on and on about the different altercations and this manager's customer service but all I have to comment is when I say she is EXTREMELY RUDE and YELLS at customers I'm not trying to be dramatic.
I hope corporate or someone changes the customer service here or someone higher up talks to this lady because when customer's "try" to confront her she flips out. Bless all the workers there, they truly dont deserve to be yelled...
Read moreBUSY DRIVE-THRU, POOR IN-STORE SERVICE
During my visit, the drive-thru was exceptionally busy, and it was clear that staff prioritized it over the in-store customers. Those of us waiting at the counter were frequently overlooked. On several occasions, I had to call out to the staff (from the counter) to get assistance for myself and others.
CLEANLINESS ISSUES
The restaurant’s cleanliness left much to be desired. While the main area of the bathroom had been mopped, the floor inside the stall was noticeably sticky. Similarly, the dining area needed attention, with crumbs on the tabletops and food scraps under the table.
SERVICE EXPERIENCE
Although my food arrived within a reasonable time, there were service issues. My coffee was missing sugar, requiring me to get back in line. It was frustrating to see the staff working with their backs to the counter, seemingly unaware of the customers requiring assistance. I even had to assist other patrons in getting the attention of the staff.
RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE MANAGER
Please hire someone to manage the tills. This is a super busy location and customers dining inside the restaurant also require assistance. The long service delays are totally unacceptable. Cleanliness must always be a priority. Please train your staff to sanitize the table tops regularly and clean the floors thoroughly.
SUMMARY
Overall, the restaurant seemed understaffed and overwhelmed, resulting in a disappointing experience for in-store customers. Cleanliness in the eating area was NOT a priority which makes me wonder about the cleanliness inside the kitchen. Hygiene does NOT seem to be a priority at this restaurant, so I do not recommend dining here, unless the attitude of the manager and the...
