I work close to this restaurant. Therefore, it’s convenient. I have given this McDonald’s plenty of visits:, but, I shall visit no more.
The drive through is mid-managed. Often one lane is forgotten whil the other lane is drained of all cars.
The food is poorly prepared.
Breakfast - sausage / egg biscuit meal. The eggs are burnt (every time). The hash brown is never fully cooked and often leaks grease in the entire bag. The drink I ordered was a Diet Coke - delivered regular Coke with the diet button on the lid pushed down.
Lunch - I have ordered several items and the following is my review
2 Regular hamburgers / fries / small Diet Coke - hamburger weren’t wrapped completely. Grease all over the bun, one burger had no burger, fries are half cooked, received large Diet Coke.
Crispy chicken sandwich meal - sandwich was ok, fries were not cooked fully, Diet Coke requested, got a Dr Pepper or Mr Pibb.
Big Mac Meal - I have ordered this often. Big Mac burger is often not put together and I have to arrange tge food on the bun. The fries were not cooked fully.
Chicken Nugget meal - chicken nuggets were not cooked fully had to throw them away. Fries were not cooked fully. Diet Coke was correct.
I have traveled all over the US and order McDonald’s often because the standards are followed mostly. However at this specific McDonald’s, the food is awful, the service is “ok”, and the location is excellent.
This place needs a full overhaul on the kitchen. In order to meet McDonald’s standards, tge food has to be the focus. And this location, it’s the worst I have ever eaten...
Read moreNever again. The list of things you can touch with your bare hands working the drive thru is the cup and the bag… please do not ask me what’s my order was and then put your BARE HANDS into my bag of food and proceed to dig around to make sure it’s the correct bag. Also, why is there a sweet and sour sauce container that someone touched with their bare hands sitting on top of my fries that I had planned to eat instead of anywhere else in the bag that isn’t touching my food? Had to ask for a new burger because after she dug around in the bag she hands it to us and the burger on top isn’t wrapped, it was just sitting there all open on top of the wrapper. I get that it’s FAST food but there are proper food handling laws for a reason. Pandemic or not, Omicron or not… if I came to your house when you’re about to eat, asked for $14.09 and then stuck my bare hands in your food before you ate, you wouldn’t eat it, right? Or seek me out to keep giving me money for food you watched me touch? All I can see is those long fingernails on bare hands reaching into my food. It’s rare I eat fast food, thanks for helping curb those temptations when I come to town. (The photo was after we removed the unwrapped burger) Edit: After seeing many other bad reviews for this location, it makes sense why no one offered me a receipt.. Hard to give the corporate office a definitive time or order number if you keep my receipt. This isn’t your first rodeo, is it? :)) So McDonald’s will be raising menu prices by 6% next year to keep doing a subpar job at serving subpar food. That logic is...
Read moreMy 16 year old son was hired at this McDonalds. When he was hired he told the manager his availability that he could work. The sign on the door and the application he filled out said they was flexible. My son can only work certain hours because he does not drive yet. They kept scheduling him the wrong hours. My husband went to talk to a manger yesterday and He said he would have his schedule fixed to come in at 8:30am. I took him to work this morning and the lady would not let him clock in at that time. She told him to sit in the crew room and wait for his 10:00am shift to start. Really? You want my son to sit around for 1.5 hours. He’s there to work not sit around. You just lost a really great employee that would have been dependable, hard working, trustworthy. It’s a shame that his first job had to end like this. McDonalds always seems desperate for HELP but when help comes you...
