McDonald's — Restaurant in Virginia

It took 30 minutes to get my food and it wasn’t even hot. I came in 11/1/24 traveling through on a 9.5 hour trip from Ohio to VA. No one was at the register. The customers were the one to tell me to place my order on the kiosk. Thankfully They have 4 kiosks, only 1 of them was broke. I placed my order at 6:30pm. There were already about 7 people ahead of me waiting inside. The drive thru line wasn’t long, only about 4 cars. They had a hard time juggling between drive thru orders & dine in . Inside wasnt that crowded either, just 7 people ahead of me. I didn’t receive my order until 6:56pm. The young skinny employee said,”This place is crazy, I should’ve stayed home!”. I asked the same guy for some extra pickles, he said sure, he left for a bathroom break & forgot about my request. So I asked The heavy set guy, he acted like it was a problem with me asking him for extra pickles. He yelled to the back for pickles, no one responded or gave me pickles. I asked the heavy set lady for pickles, she gave it to me about 3 minutes later. It took half an hour to get my order, then another 5 or 6 minutes just to get extra pickles. Why is this location advertised on the main interstate/highway when they can’t handle drive thru or dine in orders in a timely manner? Why did I wait 35 minutes for everything and my food wasn’t even hot. I stopped there so I could Get FAST FOOD! I had a 9.5 hr drive and stopping here made my road...

Went through drive through yesterday and thats the last time I will be going to this McDonalds the service was horrible..they had 2 girls working the drive thru and she tried to give us a leaking cup of coffee and when told she wanted to look at us like we was dumb and stuip tryed to give us the leaking carry and we said we wanted a new one rolled her eyes u could see my kids meals was sitting right there so instead of handing us those with a screaming baby that was Hungary she ask us rudely to pull up no reason or explanation of why…had someone different come out and give us are food and nuggets where missing out of the bag so they was told had a different person come out and bring us the nuggets but threw the bag at us I am very disappointed in the service and the rudeness and attuides of the employees was uncalled for I will never go back to this...

Well 1st off, we decided to eat in. I used the kiosk. Every time I use the drive thu they put my debit card through whether I wanted to or not. So I left my wallet in the car. Then it wouldn't continue unless I ran my card which was in my car. So my boyfriend ran his. So now we sit and wait. About ten minutes later a young girl comes to the table with a bag of food, drops it and says here's your food. I didn't think that eat in gets a bag. And no drinks either. We were expecting 3. My boyfriend went to the front counter about the drinks, they made him come back to the table and get the receipt. We spent around $30 and we are trying to steal drinks! The table we were at was so gross but so were all the other tables! The floors were dirty and trash was on them too. I know that McDonald's isn't perfect but I will...
