I recently visited your establishment during lunchtime and experienced a stark contrast in customer service that compelled me to leave this review. I would like to start by commending an exceptional employee named Frances, who displayed a level of professionalism and kindness that left a lasting impression.
Upon entering your facility, I was greeted by Frances, a very polite and warm young man whose smile could truly light up the room. He provided me with excellent assistance, making my visit enjoyable. However, my positive experience took an unfortunate turn when I witnessed Frances being chastised and disrespected in front of customers by what appeared to be his superiors.
Frances remained remarkably composed and maintained his professionalism, even in the face of verbal abuse. His ability to stay calm and collected while enduring such treatment is truly commendable, and I can only express my admiration for his resilience. Not many individuals could handle such a situation with the grace that he displayed.
While I was able to get his name before leaving your facility, I couldn't help but feel disheartened by the treatment he endured. It is disheartening to see an employee who clearly values their job and provides excellent service subjected to such behavior.
In the future, I hope that your company takes steps to ensure that all employees are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve, especially when they represent your business to customers. Frances deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service and his ability to maintain professionalism in challenging circumstances.

Let me first start off by saying I'm a manager at a popular food restaurant myself. My family and I had stopped by here to get use the bathroom and to grab something to eat before heading back to Northern Virginia. There was one customer in front of me and they had already placed their order and they were waiting on it. The female manager nor the crew person that was working 2nd window acknowledged me even though they both made eye contact with me. The manager was on her phone texting and then took a phone call on it, all while casually bagging drive thru orders. Mind you she didn't have a face mask on. I forgot to mention, this gentleman was waiting on his order when I first came in to use the bathroom. He was there atleast 13 min his self. As I was waiting for my order to be taken, another gentleman walked in to place his order. The first man got his food and then another 2 min before the manager asked if I could go through drive thru to place my order since I was waiting so long? 🤔I was like what???? I noticed they had a poster board saying they were hiring for all shifts. The employees that do work there need to be retrained in customer service. Oh and the kicker is that as my family and I were pulling out that 2nd man was being waited on and placing his order. Talk about a slap in the face! This happened around 6 in case they want to look at cameras. They will see that it was clearly not busy.
