On Wednesday, May 1 at 9:30 at night we had a disappointing problem with the manager on duty. I placed two orders in different transactions at the self-service kiosk and the order was paid immediately. One of the orders was brought by one of the employees, but the last order never arrived. I went to ask what had happened and the manager very pedantically wanted to charge me again for the order that had been brought to the table. And she didn't want to give me the other additional order because it didn't supposedly appear in the system. We spent about 20 minutes on this matter, trying to explain and showing her the receipt of the transaction from my bank and she did not want to give in. My husband, a friend and that manager's co-workers arrived to try to solve the situation and that woman started yelling at us and telling us that she was right. She had never seen a person so intransigent, pedantic, unprofessional, arrogant and so poorly educated. Really, she is far from being a good manager. In the end, she agreed to give us the last order as if she were "free" it to me. Two days later I verified my bank status and my bank paid for both transactions. So in this case, as a customer, I was right. Just as she disrespected us, treated her co-workers badly and yelled furiously at everyone, I can't imagine how many other people she has put on the same situation "show" making her have an unpleasant and embarrassing moment. Read moreI ordered food through their mobile app and paid. When I picked up my food the boy working the drive thru was rude from the start. He told me I owed 4 dollars and some change more for my food even though I paid in full on the app. He had an attitude the entire time and refused to listen to me when I showed him my phone so he could see I paid in full. At that point I had him get the manager and she was the exact same way. I told them that there was probably a glitch with the app because I picked the deal for free large fries which would be about the difference they were saying I still owed. At this point she became very rude as well and told me I was not getting my food unless I paid them the rest. I refused and asked them to refund my money or give me my food and they told me to move to the next window. At that point I went through the same thing again with another woman that acted just as rude as the others and told me to leave the line because they were busy. I told her I'd only leave if they gave me the money back that I paid or give me my food at that point she tossed me my bag and said "bye" and waved me off in a very dismissive manner. I asked for my drink and she gave me that and did the same thing. I'm never going back to this location and I'm going to avoid going to McDonald's as a whole. Read moreWhen I picked up a mobile order earlier inside the restaurant today, the Hispanic woman inside by the front desk, flat out ignored me and looked over at me a few times but never said anything. This has happened once before. She decided to help other customers first who later on, were paying at the restaurant for their food (not using kiosks). This person who glaringly, has no customer service, deliberately made the pickup time for my mobile order longer than it should be. To say that she took her sweet time, helping out other in-store customers and people at the drive-through is a complete understatement. I'm considering going to other McDonald's locations in the future. I remember a time, years ago, when this McDonald's location was just superior in customer service, efficiency, friendliness and attentiveness. Now, not so much. It's pretty much the exact opposite of what it used to be and I think that a lot of it is caused by the lazy, rude new employees hired recently for this location. I would definitely not recommend this location unless you like employees taking their time with your order, ignoring you, and have complete lack of customer service.
