One cold evening, I though it would be a fun idea to get food for my three kids at the McDonalds Drive thru. The customer service was great, but I was disappointed when I learned that they don't have cherry pies. We got the holiday pie, and it was terrible. When I arrived home, chaos ensued as we viewed our food. First, my son took a sip of what what suppose to be "Hi C" but it turned out to be Fanta (keep in mind his tongue is sensitive). He screamed and spit out the beverage. This is not the first time that this McDonalds has messed up our drink order. Also, they did not put a toy in my little girl's happy meal. I had to drive back to ask for the items. The lady at the window was not apologetic, and when she handed me the drink, it was still incorrect. McDonalds really needs to work on double checking orders. Also, when we went last week, the fries were very cold. I am concerned about this McDonalds. Management has a lot of work to do. Read moreSome very constructed criticism, when an order is placed via app a name is attached to the order. Orders placed at kiosk give a number. Every other McDonald's in the world places the receipt on the bag and calls out with the mentioned name or number. You all do not do this and simply call out what is in the bag. This leads to several wrong orders being taken and people waiting forever not knowing their order was taken by someone else because you simply do not call out a name. Example, "crispy chicken" and "ten piece chicken" sound the same over a talkative noisy area. I have seen this happen several times at this location and have heard of it happening to others as well. Simply putting the receipt on the bag will cause less time fixing all the lunch orders I have seen be exchanged and cause less frustration to you and customers. Other wise a nice place, clean...
Read moreSeriously not fast and friendly!! We waited for just over 5 minutes at drive thru Speaker A. My companion and I assumed that maybe it was broken since other cars were moving along faster at Speaker B. So we pulled in behind the line over there, just to have someone else pull in to speaker A and get greeted not 30 seconds later. Really??!!? We get to the pay window , where we were again acknowledged, not greeted. Our order was handed to us, and again we were acknowledged not exactly greeted. No apologies about being left in line, no extra friendliness in the way of atonement, just a bunch of teeny bopper type girls too busy socializing to give a rats rear about expedient friendly service.
