I like to travel to different restaurants to eat and do a review. However upon doing a visit with this particular McDonald’s, I was very displeased with the rushed service. I ordered two ten piece nuggets, a medium fry and two double quarter pounders with no onion. I was fine with the drive-through lady asking me to pull up to the thank you stop in the drive-through. However, after reviewing my receipt I see I was rung up wrong. I didn’t make a big deal and still waited. But what I wasn’t fine with, was waiting to receive some of my food hot and then some just warm. It seemed to have been sitting while the rest was cooked. A man came to the driver window to give me my bag of food, once receiving my bag of food, I noticed I only had received 2 single pounders instead of the doubles that I asked, and no fries and warm nuggets instead of hot ones. I asked for buffalo and ranch sauce. Instead I received only buffalo.
I then went back through the drive through and requested a hot fry that was supposed to be on my bag already. Again a man came to the car and gave me yet again more warm food but not hot and fresh fries. I asked the man what happened to the nuggets not being hot and I shared with him that we requested hot fries. He then rudely cut me off from explaining to him what I wanted and said I am the manager. He said he saw her put fresh nuggets in there and we don’t have ranch, and your fries are hot. I asked him to feel our nuggets and taste the fries. He persisted in over talking me and stated a few more times that I am the manager and I know all your food is hot.
I didn’t want to go back and forth with him so I said ok Sir, no problem. I’ll just take the warm food and be on our way. Thank you. He said good day, I said ok and I’ll just submit a review. Thank you.
This was not what I expected at all. But here’s the review I promised, and I hope that they do better with pulling cars up and delivering warm food to paying customers. Customers want all their food hot. And If your customers must wait, out of courtesy please just ensure they have fresh and hot fries out the grease, and nuggets dropped fresh while you make hot and fresh burgers too. Don’t over talk your customer, that’s rude and unprofessional, especially when you’re the manager. Managers supposed to set the tone, and be understanding. They Humbling yourself the next time an error is found and your customer brings it to your attention. That would have made our trip and...
Read moreThis hasn't been recent, but just shows the owner doesn't care: -not once, but twice I ordered a mcchicken and got lettuce and mayo in a bun. How do you forget the chicken? The main thing in a chicken sandwich? I ordered a burger and asked for no tomatoe. The receipt said NO TOMATOES. They guy repeated my order to me stating no tomatoe. I ended up with 2 tomatoes on the burger. the last time I went there, about a year ago, I didn't get the 10 piece nuggets I ordered. Being the inside was locked, I walked up to the drive threw window. Showed my bag, showed the receipt, and stated what I was missing. I was told I was wrong, and given an attitude, but eventually I was given the nuggets. -a few months ago, my husband stopped to get food for my daughter before she had practice. A 4 piece nugget happy meal. Why was there 7 fries and 3 nuggets? all of these instances go from 2014...
Read moreI’ve had problems with my order here before, a lot. Its not that difficult. I have worked in the food service industry, fast food & finer dining establishments, and the concept of making food how customers request it is not a very difficult job. If you didn’t catch what a customer asked for, use what little customer service skills you have to offer and ask them to politely repeat the item they wanted. Instead of using your best judgment to figure it out and then that paying customer gets to not really enjoy the wrong breakfast that they had to pay for, at the start of their day. If you don’t like making people happy by giving them exactly what they pay for or just actually being nice at a drive thru window, please quit your job at McDonalds. Yes, it may just be fast food, but its still food and a service that people pay for and choose to go to, step your game...
