Rude management. Orders made wrong 13 of last 13 times I placed orders. I special order due to allergies and digestive issues. No butter on Bagel, but 100% of time at 13011 Hull Street rd they have put butter smeared and oozing down sides of my bagel. I order no whip cream and most of the time they give me no whip cream but also they leave off the caramel. I want the caramel!!! About 25% of the time they forget and send the Frapee WITH whip cream. If I call to say anything to the female manager on duty in the mornings she is rude, never says she is sorry, never offers to refix or replace the wrongly made order. She just tells me, in a rude loud sarcastic voice to drive to another McDonalds myself next time or to order through Doordash from another McDonalds,YOU CAN NIT CHOOSE WHAT STORE THEY ORDER AND PICKUP YOUR FOOD FROM!!! She claims she knows my food was not fixed wrong.. when I tell her I can send a picture showing the butter on and dripping off the bagel she says she won't look at it, adding that it's not her problem, and hangs up on me. She has been told by me many times that Doordash does not allow us to choose which NcDonalds to have make our food and that I can't drive to another McDobalds because my disability does not allow me to drive and she says that is not her problem. She claims the food was made correctly, but when I ask her if she actually looked at it after it was prepared all she says is she was told it was made correctly.
According to the McDonalds employees her cooks and many of the individuals she has assigned to work on the line do not know how to read English, so they can't read the tickets to know what to leave off or substitute.
I have called the franchise number and left messages with no returned messages yet. Doordash has refunded my money, except for the driver's tip, at my request, on several occasions, but that is wrong for Doordash to be dealing with an issue McDonalds has because their management person does not do her job correctly !! There is another McDonalds about the same distance from my home the other direction down Hull street that gets there orders correct over 90% of the time I go there and I have repeatedly told Doordash that this other McDonalds is reliable, curtious, corrects their errors, cares about their customers, and is owned by the same franchise owner but so far Doordash will not change to use the reliable other store and from time to time Doordash cuts my use of their delivery services off from being able to get credited or refunded when I receive a wrong order, due to my order being made wrong It is not my faukt but I am being punished for them sending the wrong order. This is a violation of ADA, but no one seems to care or wants to do anything about the situation. Why are businesses and karge corporations allowed to violate laws and discrimiat afainst individuals like me without ever having any cobsequences??? If I went into McDonalds and treated this manager with dusrespect due any readmson they would press cgarges and I would be in a world if trouble. She has a reputation, as I have been told by another McDonald's manager of bad service when she is on duty, food being made incorrectly because she hires people and puts them into positions they cannot succeed in, and she is not teaching ir supervising the employees to make sure correct, quality food is made and sent out. Why is corporate so hard to reach? Why am I not getting my calls placed to the franchise number returned? Why doesn't Doordash use a McDonalds that serves quality food and has caring management that takes pride in their job?
Take a stand and do not give this McDonalds your...
Read moreOrdered a simple order. When I paid for it I ended up paying for someone else's more expensive order. The manager "Sheka" says to me "you need to pay for your order sir you don't get your food until you pay for the right one" insinuating that I was trying to get food for free. If she had looked I OVERPAID for the wrong order and my correct order was cheaper. She refused to tell me the difference and waited 20 mins holding up the whole drive thru. When all was said and done I had over paid TWO CENTS and if she had looked at that I could have skipped the two cents and left 20 mins earlier instead of having my integrity questioned and being made late to a meeting. Even if I had underpaid it is much easier to tell me the difference and let me pay it instead of acting like I'm trying to get over on you. Also when I ask to speak back to you don't hide in the kitchen and don't try and keep other employees from telling me your name. TWO CENTS was worth 20 minutes of insult to this store. I'll follow up with the manager to see what happens because that's not even smart business sense to hold up the line and a customer and to run this...
Read moreI've not lived here in Richmond long, and this McDonald's is located relatively close to my home so naturally this is our go-to fat time food. The food here is like every other McDonald's, if you get a Quarter Pounder it tastes like one.. That's if you ever got what you ordered. xD Every time I buy nuggets, no sauce. Shakes are always runny, sometimes I have to go in a full sprint just to catch them! The crew members are old and need hearing aids, that or they just can't hear you... Don't ever eat here at night, the staff is tired, disoriented and they are most likely out of food.. So they need to skin the cow's, make chickens lay eggs, and cook all the food. Besides all that, I mean they really have good customer service!! I once ordered a Quarter pounder with cheese, and got a 50 piece nugget! Although they forgot the quarter pounder, and I never ordered a Fifty piece nugget...
Save yourself the trouble, the other McDonald's is like.. less than 5...
