I made the unfortunate mistake of revisiting this location tonight. We wished to use the 'buy 1 get 1 free coupon' that we redeemed from taking the survey. My husband told the woman taking the order (through the drive through) that we would be using this receipt promotion. As we moved up to the pay window, the man at the pay window gave us the incorrect amount.
My husband pointed out that we were using the receipt code to get a buy one get one free sandwich. In the RUDEST way my husband has ever been addressed by a fast food worker, the man taking his payment said "it would have been nice if you had TOLD us that EARLIER". My husband pointed out that he prefaced his order with stating he would use the promotion.
There was no apology, the worker complained about his manager because she took the order and did not communicate to him that he needed to apply the promotion.
In short, we are never returning to this McDonald's.
In addition to the awful experience, they forgot the BBQ sauce we had requested, and the fries were less than lukewarm. I might also add that now 3/4 times the orders we have placed here have been incorrect, where the 1 that was correctly executed was an order IN the restaurant. That means that 100% of the orders we've made through the drive-thru (3/3) have resulted in a negative experience. (1st-wrong sodas, 2nd-egg on McMuffin where we said no egg, 3rd-rude cashier, no BBQ, cold fries.)
I don't know what's going on at that McDonald's but it needs extreme oversight from corporate. Shame on whoever runs this location, and whoever oversees that...

I recently visited this McDonald's location with my kids, and I was absolutely appalled by the conditions inside the restaurant. The place was swarming with flies—it was impossible to enjoy our meal without constantly swatting them away. This is not only disgusting but also a serious health hazard, especially for families with young children.
When I brought this issue to the manager's attention, their response was shocking. Instead of apologizing or taking immediate action, they essentially shrugged it off, saying, "You can go to the county to close our store, but we can’t help this because this is a problem from two months, and the health department has to help us with this."
This level of indifference is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a clean and safe environment, especially at a well-known chain like McDonald's. The fact that this issue has been ongoing for two months and still hasn’t been resolved is a clear indication of poor management and a lack of concern for customer well-being.
I will not be returning to this location and would strongly advise others to avoid it until they address this serious hygiene issue. McDonald's corporate should step in and take immediate action—this is not the standard anyone should expect from such a reputable brand.

When ordering in person you most likely have to wait 10-15 to even be acknowledged; When they do take your order get prepared to be yelled at, one of the other workers were yelling at a woman about what drink she wanted. When I got my order I went to verify the size of my drink and she gave me the worst attitude I’ve experienced in customer service and showed me the size of cups to “dumb it down” for me.
