I visited the Popeyes on Courthouse Road and it was a VERY bad experience! Iāam a frequent customer. I do know that this Popeyes has had a change in management recently. I will not be returning to this Popeyes, you lost my. Business. I ordered the 12 piece family meal, and a chicken sandwich. I went through the drive-thru and sat for 20 mins, just to be told to pull up, and that my order would be brought out to me. I sat and waited for 15 more mins for my order to be brought out, my order never came. I then had to get out of my car and walk into the store to check and see what was going on with my order! When I walked in the store my order was still not ready. When I had to stand there and again to wait another 10 mins for my order to be filled, there was no explanation on why my order was not filled and brought out to me. Having to stand there I noticed you had 4 employees over in your drive-thru. There was one Hispanic guy just leaning on the counter on his phone at the drive-thru. Three young African American girls, playing around. VERY VERY LOUD giggling and, also using a lot of profanity! One of the girls also was on her phone. I noticed also one of your employees had a ear piece on in her ears apparently on a phone call, also there was VERY VERY loud music playing from the back of the store, with also loud music playing in your lobby. The lobby looked to be clean. Also not one single person in your drive-thru was wearing a hat, nor a name tag. One of your employees had a nose ring hanging out of her nose. Not one single manager or a leader in sight at all! There was one white girl on your front line, with about 4 customers. She was ringing up the customers and, also she was having to make the orders. She had no help from anyone, while you had all your other employees over standing in your drive-thru, goofing off and not doing their job. I donāt understand how you have all these employees over in your drive-thru and your drive-thru is backed up, and having to sit and wait for 15-20 mins. Also like myself being told to pull up and my order would be brought out and no one ever came. There needs to be a manager or shift leader in the front, making sure everything is running smooth the way it should be, also to make sure they employees are doing their job! Something should be done with your employees playing around over in your drive-thru. I have never heard so much profanity, and heard and seen so much unprofessionalism! No name tags, no hats to protect the food from hair, also nose rings hanging from their nose is not professional at all! Hanging on their phones, and on phone calls. Just standing around. One of your employees on your drive-thru could have at least helped the girl on the register helping your customers in your lobby if anything. Also a customer went to get a drink and your machine was out of ice. I never had any problems with ordering food in the drive-thru, when the old management was at this store. This store and the employees are a mess under the new management/owners now. I will take my business to the Popeyes on Plank Road. When I got home, I never did receive my biscuits, the sandwich was also soggy and cold. The sandwich must have been sitting for a while. I thought the sandwiches were made fresh? We asked for a viarty of sauces because some people know its all about the condiments!!! Ive never had to over check this locations work because I have been coming here for years. When I got home I have 6 total sauce CUPS...with a few packages of honey and Cajun seasoning. 3 ranch black peppers...2 mardi gra honey mustards...and one sweet heat sauce cup. on top of my being furious about the lack of.my condiments after just spending almost 30 dollars...I was short a piece of chicken and decided to call and speak to the manager who I had to call a second time to actually get her name in which she acted like she wasnt the manager and was saying "uhhhh uh" hesitating when I was asking her what her name was. Maria Lovos is the managers name that I spoke with today at 11:43 on Tuesday February 26th. I genuinely feel like I confronted her with an issue she didnt want to deal with so she claimed its corporate policy to only drop 6 sauces of only three flavors into my 25 dollar 14 piece combo meal when I specifically asked for a variety and a lot. If it was truly corporate policy I suppose the person taking my order should have let me know ahead of time and i wouldn't of wasted my money and took.by business elsewhere to another place who wouldnt stinge out sauces and take my issue seriously.....and on top of that she didnt even apoligize for my box being shorted a piece of chicken!! And thats what really pushed me!! I will NOT be giving my money to this location with the poor managment I had to experiance today. after calling and speaking to corporate Ive come to the conclusion that i have truly been decieved, seeing and there is no corporate policy at a franchise stores. Please, I beg of you...get better customer service from managment and employees at this location that wont lie to their paying, loyal...

When I left the drive thru, I attempted to bite into the sandwich and the bottom bun was hard as a brick. I took a video of it to prove I was not exaggerating. I went back through the drive thru since the diner was closed.
When the young lady asked how she could help I stated how I had just come through and my bottom bun was extremely hard and I simply asked if I could have a different sandwich. I know that things can sometimes get overlooked and mistakes happen, no big deal. You should NEVER become irate or rude with anyone but much less over some fast food.
When I got to the window the entire crew was at the front by the drive thru window laughing. I said look, I'm not asking for free food or my money back. I just want a bottom bun that isn't a brick. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, I really just want a sandwich after working 12hours.
They take the sandwich. The whole team inspects it. I can't tell what they were saying to each other, but I haven't raised my voice I told them it was fine that stuff happens.
It's what happened when I opened the second sandwich that is really disappointing. I leave the drive thru only. I open the sandwich and half of the bottom bun is wet.... I hope with water. I threw the sandwich away and ate the side of mash potatoes.
My husband told me he had two separate bad experiences during the day, but I know that you can't judge a place with a couple undesirable experiences. This store unfortunately seems to have an ongoing issue.
I really hope the owner and manager are aware, and I hope they can find decent employees that care in the least bit about their jobs. It's sad because it won't be the kids that work there that are financially burdened by these poor...
