Super disappointed. My husband and I are military, and just moved from TX, just barely moved into our apartment and have zero groceries. Some friends and I just wanted to get food for Christmas and being that their software wouldn't scan our MILITARY ID's they denied us entry. Walked in at 8:30, and their sign says no entry for under 21 after 9pm. Mind you, we are all 24 years old. Everything is closed obviously and this place was the only place open on Christmas. Bad service and zero sympathy.

I’m just saying, maybe you should look into your software being updated, that way military personnel can go in and enjoy your establishment and not get rejected service / entry, especially on a holiday when they’re not able to be home with family. Read moreI was looking forward to having a good time after work with two of my co-workers. Went to have a couple drinks and playing some pool. Was there for about 3-4hours. Service was good even tho there was only 1 bartender trying to help 15 people. I over looked that. But when the female owner decided to take claim to a bar stool and ashtray killed the whole experience the 3 of us was having after spending $50 a piece on drinks. There's no reason to be rude to your customers because you own the place. Key word in that sentence is CUSTOMERS! We pay to keep your place in business not the other way around. Please learn how as a BOSS or OWNER to speak to people. She hadn't sat on that barstool the whole time we was there. She left her cigs on the table like that's supposed to let people know she's sitting there. That's not how it works, just so you know. Snooze you loose is how it normally goes unless you establish that you're sitting in certain spot. Moral of the story to ALL owners. Learn how to give respect in order to receive respect. Read moreI went to use the bathroom in this establishment thought about getting a drink. Three people saw me walk toward the bathroom. Not one of them stopped to tell them that it was for customers only. Someone was in the bathroom at the 2nd and charles and I had to go. They wait until after I get out the bathroom to tell me that I got to pay for something. I did not like this so I left and told them that I wasn't going to buy anything. The owner walked out and confronted me in a rude manner telling me if I was too use the bathroom I was going to buy something. I asked her why didnt she have a sign in the front saying so.iI got no answer.I called the bar only to be cussed out and this was from the owner.
