Najjar's Pizza Haven Inc — Restaurant in Virginia

I have lived in this area most of my life, and I have eaten here occasionally. The pizza is okay, but I strongly recommend avoiding this place. I haven't placed in order in years, but today a delivery driver randomly showed up with an order. I immediately told him that I had not placed an order, but he showed me the receipt, and on it was MY name, MY address, and MY phone number. I explained again that I don't know how that is possible because we were making dinner at that exact moment. Not understanding how all of this could have happened, I reluctantly took the order and immediately called the store to figure out what had happened. The gentleman I spoke with said that another customer had placed the order but due to a mistake on their (Najjar's) end, it was delivered to my house instead. He ensured me that I would not be charged, apologized and told me that I could keep the food. Considering the (much better) dinner we were already making was ready at this point, it sat on the counter while we ate our own food. Maybe 5 or 10 minutes later Najjar's calls again, this time it's a guy named Bob, who is apparently the manager. With the rudest tone I've ever heard from a place who's reputation relies on it's customer service, he starts blaming me for this incident. He said "Why would you take the food if you hadn't placed the order?" I explained that along with the aforementioned reasons, I had been involved in some issues with fraud and I assumed since the order was placed with MY name, MY phone number, and MY address, the issue was on my end. I also explained that all food was still sealed sitting exactly where I put it when the driver left. Eat here at your own risk, you're visit, or your order this time might be fine, but save yourself the trouble and eat at the highly superior Elizabeth's Pizza nearby, or...

Recently went to this restaurant on 8/16/24 hoping to try some new food. I see so many great reviews. I ordered my desired food and it was great. The person that took my order was very nice and polite. Overall the food was great and the atmosphere was good. One problem I had was with the female worker. She had an attitude the whole time I dined there. She didn’t even try to hide it. I felt like I wasn’t welcomed there. When my date asked for a carry out box of some sort the female worker looked annoyed and couldn’t be bothered to get one. She came back out and slammed a piece of aluminum foil on the table to carry my food out. It was not big enough to carry my food out. My date and myself are not happy about the experience that we received on Friday evening. I would give this a five star since the men there were nice and gave excellent service but due to the rude female worker that served me that evening I’m giving it a 1 star. I will order again but carry out since I don’t want to be served by that rude female worker again. Horrible.

I guess the restaurant is denying that they don’t have a woman working there that was rude to their customer but that’s ok. I’m clearly stating my experience there and I have no reason to be dishonest about it. If a worker is rude then I will leave my honest review. It may not happen to everyone but it did to me. THE WORST experience ever!!!!!!! My husband ordered a cheese steak with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomatoes and his sub barely had any meat on it, was full of lettuce and they took the tomatoes off another customers sandwich because they put tomatoes on someone else's sub who requested no tomatoes and they put them on my husband's sub. IS THAT EVEN LEGAL???? IS THAT SANITARY????? The old man with the white hair was calling him names, he asked for lemon with his water and was told water doesn't come with lemon... REALLY???!!!! You mean to tell me that customers can't get lemons for their water? I'VE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH FOOLISHNESS! This was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience that I've ever encountered.
