I've been a pizza lover my whole life, and I've tried my fair share of pizza places. But there's one place that always stands out to me as the best: Paisanos!!

Great pizza, and this used to be our go-to for takeout. But the delivery times got later and later past the window -- we would preorder for (for example) 5:30pm, and we'd get verification and a window of 5:30-5:40. But then the pizza would come up to 30 minutes past the window. We were willing to let it go since we do like the pizza, but last time we ordered, the pizza came (late as usual) and when we opened the boxes it was clear they had been dropped or tilted so the pizzas were crumpled up on the side of the boxes. When we called, the only solution they offered was to remake the pizzas, and I had a house full of hungry people and our order had already been late. Sadly, that was the last straw and we found another place that delivers on time and...

We ordered for carry out for the first time tonight. There was some confusion with our order so it wasn't ready when we got there so I had to wait an extra ten minutes...not a big deal. The nice cashier who rang me up came over to me when I sat down and said he would offer me 20% off my next order for the inconvenience. It was really thoughtful and great customer service which is unexpected to find these days unfortunately. Everyone seemed really nice, the place is very clean, and it appears they do a great business. I haven't eaten our pizza yet, but the food that all of the other customers are eating around me while I wait looks wonderful! I will come back just in customer service alone!
