Updated from 1 Star to 4 Stars: After the terrible customer service experience last night, Paisano's management reached out to not only confirm the refund of the order, but offer a credit for future use and an apology for the unfortunate phone situation that resulted from the representative and phone lines being overwhelmed.

Paisano's management has shown the company still cares about its customers. This means a lot. However, had the representative answering the phone taken the time to ask what I was calling about instead of just assuming I was trying to place a new order, the issue could have been completely avoided. Once we did get through, he transferred our call to a manager who handled the situation as best he could given the staff shortage and time it would take to remake the order. I'm a little hesitant but will give Paisano's another chance as this has been the first bad experience I've had with them in 4 years.

Original Review: If I could give zero stars. I would. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years, only to find out tonight, that this company no longer believes in customer service. We ordered delivery to have the delivery driver not actually deliver our order to us. But instead delivered it to someone else and didn't verify it was the correct address. We've been put on hold multiple times. Hung up on multiple times. And the representative refuses to take any calls. Upgraded from 1 to 4: Really improved service and food quality. Need to find a way so fries aren't soggy when we pickup. To avoid, we always have to order fries when we pickup so they are not fresh. Otherwise they sit in container and go limp. -- Otherwise great team, good food.

I want to give it zero! We have loved this place but in the past month it's all falling apart. Late delivery, missing items in the order etc. Tonight, we ordered $50 of food, and one item was a Greek pizza with no onions and no meat. We pick it up and it's on thin crust, and it has mushrooms. (Greek pizza's don't have mushrooms). They promise to fix it right away. I go back in 20 minutes, and nothing is started. The ladies in the back were confused. So I leave and come back in 15 minutes. They come out with a Greek pizza on thin crust with mushrooms. I'm convinced this was the original pizza that came out wrong. I discover the main problem is the ladies in the back do not speak a word of English. The team up front is nice, but you can't run restaurant if the folks in the front cannot communicate with the team in the back. I don't care what language they speak, but they must communicate.

Please fix this. Order accuracy is a pretty basic. And then getting it right after a mistake is important too. We have ordered many, many times, but we are almost done with Pisanos and looking for other...
