I ordered the bakers dozen bagels with 2 tubs of cream cheese and a sandwich around 7:30 am to be picked up at 12:45. I hate to complain but the only horrible experience I’ve ever had at a Panera Bread. I get in the drive thru line to pick up my order and at 12:45 told not ready get behind a white car. Drove around white car leaving parking lot. Go back to drive thru window told to wait at stop sign order not ready. Person come out after a few minutes tells me they don’t have my 2 plain bagels that I had ordered around 5 hrs ago they’d substitute. Finally get my order . The 5 everything bagels were ok. All the other bagels were flat and hard and rubbery. Like stale , left out and hard. In today’s times money is tight. I bought these as a treat. The sandwich was great. Unfortunately except for 5 bagels the other 8 were horrendous and to rubbery and hard to eat so I’ll have to buy bagels elsewhere. Oh I did find notification after the fact running late in an email that I open daily no text message. Waste of time and money will not be going back to that Paneras. Read moreAbsolutely fantastic. Ordered from here before but didn't really think about a review till tonight. And for the record, it wasn't because it's ever been disappointing. Tonight was a night that could've ended poorly. After getting home late from work and a stressful day at that, decided to order in rather than cook. Placed the order around 8:15 soon after arriving home. Around 9:00 decided to call and see where we were at. Manager was absolutely incredible to deal with and communicated immediately what was going on and offered coupons due to needing to wait another half hour or so as their was a miscommunication earlier. Reimbursed the entire amount and gave coupons. This was far and above excellent customer service with a product to stand behind. Our food came hot and delicious as always. My only regret was I wanted to tip the driver but was unable due to not being charged and I didn't have cash on me. I've never had s bad experience at this location or any other for that matter. Read moreLet me start by saying I really like Panera. I've been a long time customer. I've seen them side a little and come back strong. I really appreciate the fact that they have renovated many of the locations around town. That said, my experience at the Staples Mill location today leaves me a little bewildered. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come. I said hello to the associate at the register and got a blank stare as I had interrupted her conversation with another associated. I placed my order and said thank you. Again, no response. Went to get my coffee, it was cold. I asked if they could make some more. They did, but forgot to bring it out. Twenty minutes later I inquired about the staus of the coffee. She asked which coffee I was looking for... I said, the ones where the canisters were missing from the coffee bar. Keep in mind if you work at Panera your job is customer service...not joking around with your fellow associates in front of customers. It's all about the customer experience.
