First when I walked in 1 guys is getting angry at the guy making sandwiches because he put the subs which are in a box sideways in the bag so his wife sub was dripping all in his boxed sub then at 840 PM 20 minutes before they close the guy says do you have card cause we ain't taking cash he said this to alot of costumer and ask if I have a card I asked if it was because he already did his cash out he said no but you could tell he was lying why else couldn't you take cash he did this to alot of costumers at incovince to more than a few because they had to go to their cars to get their card then I hear the guy that was the cashier complaining about how much he hates his job I'm like great this is not the guy I want making me a sandwich I ordered my wife a Italian sub with no tomatoes or mustard both but they put both on anyway not to mention all the vinegar they put on it it was bad but I got the beef and brisket cheddar sub which is supposed to be a hot sub it wasn't but then the guy put the subs in the bag in sideways just like the guy yelled at him about and guess what it got vinager from my wife's sub all over my bbq brisket sub really spoiled it I love firehouse subs but I wont go back to this one the employees dont care anything about their job or customer's I would definitely fire both guys working tonight if I...

I'm really picky about which Firehouse location I choose to get my sub, but I was out of the way of my favorite location in White Oak Village and Virginia Center Pkwy. Google maps led me to this one. The restaurant was not busy at all; I was there between the hours of 2:30 and 3 p.m. The employees were nice, the tables and bathrooms were clean. They ran out of sweet tea and I told the male employee; it was ready by the time we wanted a refill. Our food was served promptly and exactly how we ordered it. Customer service: excellent. Instead, y'all decided that combos were off the table and anyone that wanted chips and a drink with their sandwich would have to pay for all three separately. That's just the scummiest business decision you could have made.
And then on top of that to get one of our orders wrong and put our sandwiches up on the counter without a word, and not even know which sandwich was which when I went to get them myself (don't most Firehouse locations bring it to you?
