Not only was the place filthy! I walked in and the boy with the poofy red and black hair gave me literally 6 pieces of chicken on my bowl! I told him extra chicken he picked up the spoon and put 4 more measly pieces on my bowl. When I confronted him he rolled his eyes and walked away! Then my partner whom ordered 3 chicken tacos with only rice and meat had plastic in her food and it was visible and he left it on there and wrapped the food up! I looked around to wait for the cameras because this had to be a joke. The sweet girl asked him to remake the tacos and he did but he went to the SIDE take make them and burnt the tortillas!!!! 3 time in line and the sweet girls remade the tacos again but at this point her sweetness turned sour… The poofy haired boy glared at us from the counter the entire time we were in there. The pico was barely chopped it it was more like hibachi The guacamole was unseasoned and watery The drink machine only had 3 drinks working And again did I mention it was FILTHY in there???? I’m not sure what happened but this place has turned so terrible over the past couple months. I walked in this evening to get dinner for 4. When I said I would like 4 bowls the young boy behind the counter looked with complete disgust then said “we are out of white rice steak and gauc” perfect I don’t use any of that well that mad him mad and aggravated. You could see he was hoping we were getting those and would leave so he wouldn’t have to work. To the point where my fiancé didn’t even want to stay there because he was so stand off ish. Then i ask and pay for a large chips, regular chip, and side sofritas. Well I got 2 regular chips; both with about 11 chips per bag and no side of sofritas. I’ve worked for chipotle before I know the standard and this store is not giving it what so ever. I am so disappointed with the way this location is going downhill. I get it big orders can be stressful having online come in etc. But I should have never felt like I was doing something wrong coming in to order my food. His face told it all and not getting what I paid for or jipped of half a bag of chips purchased is just the cherry on...
