Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

This is one of the least accessible Papa John's, and that is so unfortunate. The management and staff are so good at delivering a great customer experience. The service is top notch, and the pizza made to order is what I believe is the highlight of coming here. Hidden away of Shaw Road is the first Papa John's location and its part of the chain of franchises that distinguishes itself from other pizza shops. Serving up 12, 14, and 16" pizzas that set out apart from other chain stores. They have a variety that is suited to most tastes, and the process ensures you'll come back for more. The manager there is all about the customer receiving a good experience from the moment the order is made to the delivery of the product, and his staff is on board with delivering a good customer experience by ensuring each pizza is made to order with their enthusiasm and professionalism. This is a worst place to buy pizza ever!!! On 6/27/2013, we ordered 12 large pizzas from this Papa John, and have them deliver to our work place, which is 2 miles away from it. The orders was placed 3 hours prior to the delivery time but driver still showing up 15 minutes late. We had called Papa John back at least 10 times to ensure that the delivery has to be on times due to the Meal time limited of the workers. We kept calling and calling and calling... But they still showed up late. They charged us for delivery fees, and we had called back several times and spoke the store manager, Kevin, about our concern. Most terrible and awful pizza I ever had in my life here.

When my kids were so hungry for food, we ordered two garden fresh pizza's here last week. We picked it up and shocked to see the pizza's, one pizza cheese was burnt so bad and both were missing it's real taste and veggies.

Garden fresh comes with selective vegetables but in this store they redefined what is garden fresh pizza by burning cheese and missing veggies. We talked to them and returned the pizzas. Thankfully they did refund complete order price back to my credit card.
