CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS I love the human bean. So much that it pains me to have to leave this review. I previously provided this feedback on yelp but I didn’t receive any follow up and I really believe this needs to be addressed and corrected. Every single time I order my coffee here, the price is different. Every time. I am a simple person and I stick to the same order and the only variance is whether i get it iced or not. Please see photos (receipt's). Mind you, the menu at the drive thru states prices reflected are for 16oz at $4.95. My order: 16 oz latte hot, almond milk, sugar free vanilla, and a SPLASH of heavy cream.
Total: $5.95 (pre tax)
I assume the extra dollar comes from almond milk maybe? It doesn’t specifically state on the receipt. other total amounts: $5.45, $6.95, and today (the highest so far) $7.20
I capitalized splash because one thing i have gotten used to double checking is if they rang it up as a splash or a full. many times it is entered in wrong which does cost more. This is not the case for the above totals but more an FYI. still speaks to inconsistency.
The coffee is superior and never fails to hit the spot but it’s like “what are we going to be charged today?” each time i go. Your POS/ordering system needs to be fixed to make this easier. Somehow every receipt details the order correctly and the only difference is the total. Which leads me to believe there are more than a few ways/selection options to plug an order in to the system. So not only are your consumers being overcharged, but there is zero transparency. I have brought it up to a couple of the workers but no one seems to know why and once I believe someone said it may have been a training issue. To go from $4.95 on the menu to $7.20 at the window is insane. And i keep doing it because it’s so good but it’s just not fair nor ethical to the consumer. I hope my feedback reaches who...
Read moreThe first three times I went here i had the Snowy Mocha and it was amazing. This was when I decided to get the app and make this place my go-to rather than continue at Starbucks. Also, the staff are incredibly nice. I gave it 4 stars because I decided to work my way down the menu and found that both the salted caramel latte and bourbon caramel cold foams were absolutely tasteless. I even thought I was given the wrong drink so I decided to try it again another day and it was again tasteless. That’s around $25 in tasteless drinks!! I don’t mind paying that if I love the drink though. I’m really bummed because I wanted to love this place and kept raving about it. Now I’m not sure if I should try other stuff or only go there if I want the snowy mocha. I’m also wondering if it depends on who is making it. I go at the same time each evening so maybe I’m getting the new barrista or something. One thing that has been consistently fantastic is the...
Read moreJust regular coffee here is very good. I stopped making it at home and drive less than a mile to get a cup here now.
The customer support or atmosphere is hit or miss I'm learning. Some days its over the top polite, and some days its strange grins and a judgey vibe. This is expected from very young girls who seem to be the majority of the employees.
Another annoyance is when I get my change back, there is a attempt to balance my coins on top of the bills an they hand it back holding the bills end to end with the coins on top, and every time the coins end up on the ground. Last time the lady made a comment, "what was that, just a penny?" When it was pretty obvious all of my change was dumped. I had to back up and get out and pick it up. Luckily there was...
