Let me start by saying I am a regular who has been ordering from Buffalo Wing Factory for many years. This place used to be fantastic. It always served CONSISTENTLY fresh, high-quality food, but recently they have either 1) changed cooks or 2) don't care about the quality of their food.
Over the past few months, specifically the beginning of Fall-Current Time (November 5, 2021), the food is always sub-par. I almost always order a steak and cheese sub, cheese burger, or a pizza, and usually they are perfectly cooked with nicely toasted buns, and perfectly cooked french fries, but not anymore. Every single time I've ordered during the Fall-Winter period, the food has been served to me (carry-out orders) over cooked, dry, or BURNT. I love my local restaurants and do my best to support their businesses, so I overlook minor issues every now and then, but for the past 5 orders, this place has failed me, and I don't think I will be dining here as often anymore. I used to choose this restaurant because I knew that I could expect consistently high quality, premium craft burgers and subs, but I'm not so sure anymore. If I wanted sub-par over cooked, dry food, I would've gone to McDonalds and ordered off the dollar menu, instead of paying $15 for a burger and/or sub at Buffalo Wing Factory.
Advice to management: I'm not sure if you recently changed your cook in the past few months of this post, but I strongly recommend you look into the issue. I've never had any problems with this establishment before and I raved about this place to my friends, co-workers, and family, but not anymore. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have a chat with your cook and overlook his work, but I would REALLY prefer to continue dining at this once fine establishment. Read moreUgh, as a fellow local business owner I tried so hard and went years without leaving a review and I’ve tried SO hard to give it a chance. The bartenders clearly dont want to be there and would rather spend their time talking to each other. To get someone to take our order and to keep our drinks coming is a struggle. Between being distracted by their cell phones, each other (they LOVE to talk to whoever is on break), I am literally having to interrupt their conversation 10min later trying to get a refill or something for the meal. The meals are inconsistent. I literally get the same thing EVERY time. If you have nachos in 2 sizes and Im ordering it myself, you would think they would ask me which size. They’ll assume the large if I fail to ask. Of course. And whoever thought it was a good idea to put slices of avocado on them clearly hasnt worked in the kitchen and doesn’t understand how avocados work. Terrible idea if you cant be consistent. The last large nachos I got had 3 SLIVERS of avo…it was late and they probably didnt want to cut open a new one. For the first time in years I had to send the nachos back…the “melted” cheese sauce was firm…so I let the bartender know. She was kind enough to offer to replace them…and didnt pay attention to the fact the second one was the same. What did you all do to that cheese sauce that it would be firm/cold in a matter of moments? All in all, I have no idea why I go back. The service is probably the worst Ive experienced anywhere simply bc it’s nonexistent. The orange crushes and convenience might be why. Joy is the only bartender that really pays attention to her customers. She deserves a raise. Read moreWe arrived at 1:40 on a Sunday afternoon. We did have a group of 11, but other than us there was a party of 2 at the bar who were already eating and then a party of 4 who were waiting on their food. When we placed our drink orders 1 person asked for an appetizer. Once our drinks were delivered we placed our meal orders along with a second appetizer. At 2:37, the first appetizer was delivered. The manager came over as we were struggling to understand why it was taking ao long as the table of 4 had already received their food, and there was now a table of 3 and a table of 1 also waiting on their food. All we got was a sorry. Some our food finally came out 15 mins later along with rhe table top of 3s food that came in quite a bit after us. Yet we had 2 people that had to wait still for theirs to come out. The one person that ordered the appetizer had their meal delivered had to wait an extra 10 mins for their appetizer. Again, folks who came in after us were getting their food the same time as us and in some cases before folks at our table. While we were walking out we overheard them complaining that it was our fault for coming in with a large party. The place was basically empty when we got there!!!
