I have used this Papa Johns for about 5 years so I will start out with the good- the pizza and ingredients are always fresh and delivery is always very quick. However, I have noticed a serious decline in customer service and order handling over the last 1-2 years. For many recent orders, we have not received the correct items or items at all. Here are some recent offenders:
Ordered extra sauces that we did not receive (we did pay for). Not a huge deal, but the start of the downfall. Missing part of order (garlic knots). Called and said we would receive store credit (which we did not). The next order, the garlic knots had no garlic on them. They were just... dough knots. I have never seen anything like it from a Papa Johns. We received a completely wrong order for someone with the same first name, though a different address. Sent back and had to wait about an hour to fix. We received a completely wrong order for someone NOT with a similar name nor similar address. We gave up and just at the other poor soul’s pizza (hope you enjoyed ours!)

Read moreProbably never going to order any Papa John's again. This is about both the specific location and the Papa John's system as a whole. Ordered pizza, and estimated time of delivery is 2 hours. I wait an hour and half, and it is still 2 hours. I try to call the store to check, automated messaging that nobody picks up. The absurdity of the system is, you can't even see or cancel your current order though the online system. You have to call the store, but of course the store doesn't pick up. If you contact chat, they will just tell you what the Papa Tracker tells you and inform you to call the store. Then if you can't contact the store, they tell you to leave feedback. The cherry on top: to leave feedback you need an order number that is different digits from the order number that I got from the order confirmation email. So I need to get the delivery, which I don't know if I will get, to submit the complaint.

Read moreI’m writing this review as a DoorDash(er). If the store closes and/or the employee/cook inside decides to close the doors before handing the order over to the driver- then why are you accepting DoorDash orders?
The guy who makes/ bakes the orders behind the counter, saw me OUTSIDE the LOCKED door, in the frigid cold, chose to walk up to the cash register, did not even have the courtesy to come up to me to verbally say he cannot, or whatever the reason he didn’t feel like making the pizza. He kept just standing there while I kept knocking! RUDE!!
Basic courtesy/ etiquettes? DoorDash is helping YOU - not the other way round!! If you have your own delivery drivers then maybe reconsider your contract...
