Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of service and the overall customer experience at your establishment. We ordered three sandwiches and one rigatoni with chicken, expecting a smooth and enjoyable meal, especially given how your brand positions itself as a premium place and charges accordingly. The customer service experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Most notably, we did not receive the side of chicken that was supposed to come with the rigatoni, a key part of the dish that we paid extra for. When we called to clarify and request a refund, thinking it would be a simple and quick correction, we were instead caught in a back-and-forth conversation that dragged on for over 20 minutes. All we asked was for the charge for the side of chicken to be removed since it clearly was not included. Rather than acknowledging the obvious oversight, your staff insisted we take a photo and treated our request as if we were trying to cause a problem when in reality, the only problem was your team’s failure to deliver what we paid for and take responsibility for it.
What made this worse was the refusal to let us speak to a manager or the owner pot get refunded. Instead, we were passed off to someone who clearly had no authority or ability to resolve the issue, and who kept repeating the same unhelpful responses. At no point did anyone attempt to simply do the right thing, refund the missing item or offer a sincere apology. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
It’s honestly baffling that something so basic became so difficult. This kind of service is unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one that brands itself as high quality. We’re not arguing over a few dollars — we’re asking for accountability, courtesy, and fair treatment as paying customers. This experience has left a very negative impression, and based on how poorly this was handled.
I would not recommend this place if to anyone who looking for good quality place to have food. I hope you seriously reconsider how your staff is trained to handle genuine customer concerns...

I liked the atmosphere, but especially when I entered I found water for my companion dog. wow they accept dogs, and I decided to have breakfast. I went to the cashier and asked for a French toast and a latte, and they charged me US$30.00. I sit down to wait for my breakfast, when the barista calls me and tells me that they don't accept dogs and that I have to sit outside in the street. I tell her it's okay... please bring me the coffee because with my dog I can't bring the coffee. She tells me no, they don't carry coffee, everyone should bring their own coffee. I tell her that I am going to cancel my order and I want to talk to the manager to get my money back. She tells me that she is the manager and that she is not going to return my US$30.00. I told her that her customer service as a manager was very poor, and that if she didn't return my $30.00 I was going to call the police. She told me to call the police because She will not give me my money. So, I called 911, and then a customer there listening all conversation gave her the 30.00 dollars to pay me back.
