But the true star of the show at Parrando's is, without a doubt, the Carne Asada Fajitas. The meat is tender and succulent, singing with the robust symphony of flavors that one associates with authentic Tex-Mex cuisine. Paired with house-made fresh flour tortillas, soft and warm, the fajitas are an undeniable delight, a veritable dance of textures and tastes.
What elevates Parrando's further is its pricing, which sits comfortably in the realm of reasonability. Quality dining need not always leave your wallet feeling light, and Parrando's stands as a testament to this notion.

Read moreI am currently at the restaurant right now. We have been here for maybe one hour an hour food our our main entrées got to the table maybe 20 minutes ago. The young lady who is taking care of us our waitress she is doing a fantastic job however, the bus boys keep coming up to our table when we haven’t even had one bite of our food and they continuously are asking are we finished and do we want to go boxes? I understand you guys close at 11 PM and that means you guys close the restaurant as in you don’t take more patrons after 11 PM. I’ve lived in Ashburn 20 years now and I’ve been coming here since you guys opened a couple years ago. It is currently 10:10 PM and we have been asked If we want to go boxes or if we are finished with our food and we have said no six times now.
I have already notified my waitress to tell these guys not to come to my table until I’m finished with my meal as my friend and myself are getting very upset At how we are being treated because honestly, this is unacceptable.
You guys are open until 11 PM. That means you take customers up until 11 PM. Maybe you have a cut off before then maybe the kitchen closes but we’re done ordering food. We’re done ordering anything. We are just sitting down trying to enjoy our meals on this Saturday night, but unfortunately, it is being hard to be able to do that when you are being harassed by people who look like they don’t want to hear it feels very racist and it feels like I’m gonna have to speak to the owner or somebody to help advise me on what to do next I will be paying for my meal no problem and I will tip my server no problem. She did not a thing wrong. She did her job correctly and she did a great job from start to finish it. Is these bus boys that did this harassment that have caused you guys to receive this lengthy terrible disgusting review. Please reach out to me. Maybe we can talk something out and see how we can fix this because this was unacceptable.
At the end of the evening, everybody felt uneasy and I don’t think they will be returning again at least not if they see those gentlemen again because that was very beyond rude racist and...
Read moreHave eaten twice at this establishment, both times were underwhelming, one terrible. Food is definitely more on tex side, vice mex. In person it was solidly a 2.5-3.0 on a scale of 1-5. Average. Nothing more or less. The service was equally average with a few items being forgotten by waiter and having to be asked for a second time. Had it delivered tonight for cinco de mayo, terrible idea. Understand more folks are ordering out due to circumstances, and this being one of the only Mexican styled food menus in area on holiday I'm sure added order volume, but simple things could be improved. Things like predicting average wait time. Our order was supposed to have taken 30-45 minutes, and we live 5 minutes away. It took 2.5hrs, and 15 to deliver. Door dash couldn't even predict the order time correctly, and had to update multiple times. It also swapped drivers 2-3 times due to this delay. Undoubtedly not the drivers fault, but definitely on the restaurant for not managing order volume correctly. The quality of food was a solid 1 out of 5. I wish I would have taken a pic of the steak ordered. It was their NY strip offer, and looked like someone vomited on it. If that would have come out in person, you would think you were on that show punked. The other item we ordered didnt have anything beyond the tacos. No guac, no sour cream, literally NONE of the fixings that come with meal besides the tacos and the meat. Crazy. It was only thing we could eat unfortunately. The queso dip appetizer was identical to the mass produced nacho cheese at an amusement park or movie theater that is heated up in microwave cups. Gross. Their salsa was just the tomato part, nothing else. Overall it was laughable if not so infuriating that we waited til 930pm for dinner only to have it be so terrible, and the $60+ price tag when delivery and tip were included didnt help ease the pain. We will never order from or dine here again, and dont recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other offers in area (when things are open) that aren't bad, would recommend folks check them...
