Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

I called for delivery the lady with so disrespectful and I'm very disgusted with her behavior will never call again I was simply putting my order in and stated what I wanted and she had a rude tone and said she wanted to speak to an adult which I am! And she got a very disgusting attitude when I asked how much can you get with wings she said just figure it out edit: (actually turned out to be the manager when I called back to ask for a manager she then pretended to "talk to her about it" when it was her the whole time. I expect more from a manager to lead then this bulls*it I just got my food now the lady giving the food to me was very sweet and apologetic she was younger with gauges in her ears and was kind I asked for the disrespectful persons name was Maria she then told me she was upset to work with her too because she's rude to the workers as well do not call to ask for manager it turns out the only rudeness...

We ordered a pizza tonight at 7pm and got a confirmation page with a delivery time of 8:52 pm. 2 hours later we call trying to find out where our pizza is and apparently the order got cancelled and no one thought to inform us. Not only did the order get cancelled because the card "declined" (There was plenty of money in the account), they tried to tell us that they DID call us to let us know (they didn't, and only said they did after we brought up the fact that they didn't) and when we got the manager on the phone she blatantly lied (while stuttering) and tried to tell us that SHE herself called and talked to us. She called us liars and said that we just wanted free pizza, that "what am I supposed to do?". I order several time in laps of a month I always have to cancel the order due the long time the people who take orders are rude after waiting 1 1/2 the girl said that they have one driver and can't do all the orders at once so i have to wait so they can make it. I'm person who thinks they need another chance so I just order today after 30 minutes they were looking for my order and swearing at the phone they find the drivers and he said that he call the phone I give them for the order he call the house phone not the one i give them and start complaining saying that they don't care about the name of the costumer or the phone you give them and told to go pick my order after I ask please to come back I try once to talk to a manager a hispanic lady she was so rude and didn't apologize...
