Tortilleria El Molino — Restaurant in Manassas Park

When I went to this establishment I had very high hopes seeing the reviews. However, after I placed my order of carnitas and tacos, I received a burrito and tacos. Seeing that this was just a simple misunderstanding, my friend and I went back and said that we ordered carnitas, not a burrito. The cashier insisted that she heard that I ordered a burrito and the manager (i assume) came and asked me what I ordered and it appeared that he still did not believe that we were telling the truth. He then told me to throw the burrito in the trash while he watched. He then gave us the carnitas with no sense that this was a simple misunderstanding. As a customer I am very upset that my friend and I, an asian female and a black male, feel like we were blatantly treated differently by this business due to not being hispanic. They assumed that we weren’t telling the truth as an attempt to get extra food for free and showed no sense of understanding that this was simple...

This use to be my go to spot for cheap tacos. But lately this place has lost there touch. Carnitas taste okay but it's not cut well. Keep finding bone in my tacos. Tortas are poorly made. I can taste everything they cooked on the griddle. Also this last time I got upset on how stingy they were when asking for an extra plate. Asking me what I need it for. It's simple I want to separate my kids food. She then said the food is on a plate already. Yes I'm aware but I'd like a separate plate so each one can have a plate. She gave me a tiny small plate that could only fit one taco. And she had an attitude about it. I did request the food to be separate when I ordered so instead of me making a big deal about I asked for the plate so I myself could fix it. It was just a very uncomfortable situation that was...

This is by far the worst Bakery Ever, I called on Christmas Eve, to ask if they had bread, they told me they couldn’t take any orders over the phone that you had to go in person, Lady on the phone told me they will close at 4pm and that they were going to stop making bread at 4pm, I sent my husband from Woodbridge to go buy bread, he gets there and they told him they didn’t have any more bread, that they were going to start baking again at 4pm, I thought they close at 4?? Anyways they made my husband waste he’s time, drive all the way to Manassas from Woodbridge and no bread. This is crazy and unprofessional, I am very upset.
