Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

Just like the review below mine said, insect issues. She said flies flying around her food and in my case, there was a spider on my lunch partners' basket and in the logo signage on the inside. We received a refund for that part of the meal, but should have received one for the entire meal. Upon a revisit, one lady was order 5 or 6 subs with one person working while another sat in the lobby and watched the line form on 2/1/19. Then, he walked in the back and never came to the front to help. We decided to leave and will never return. Do not recommend this...

This place is your typical Subways. Well maintained. However there is an older Asian lady who seems very frustrated with her job. Comes of as rude and disrespectful towards customers. I dont know if its a language barrier but she doesnt seem to follow orders well. Also loves to drown sandwiches with mayo and mustard, even after asking to go lightly. I do not recommend this place as this lady even told people to leave so she could have lunch at 4pm with another employee on the floor. Just rude, nasty behavior. ...

Every time we come to the late afternoon shift the woman who works is miserable and never listens to proper orders. She messed up my fiances order a couple weeks ago and was very rude, we were hungry and decided to give it another chance tonight but when my fiancé asked for her sandwich she was ignored and when we finished my sandwich she tried to ring me up for a more expensive sandwich and told me she put chicken when I had clearly asked for turkey. She has ruined our night twice and we will never be returning to...
