Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

After seeing the spicy lovers pizza I thought I have to try that. Granted I haven't had pizza hut since it was by the mall, ordered online with a 2pm pick up. Had some extra time so i decided to swing by and see if they could start my order a bit early, arrived at their location at 1:20. when i inquired about my order the young lady at the counter looked over the computer and then stated that i must have ordered it from another pizza hut. i think to myself, ill just cancel that order and reconstruct it here, to my surprise, the total is about 15 dollars more for ordering in person (comon now ... how silly is that) so i frantically begin looking over my order (on my cell) and called the locations phone number, strangely the phone infront of me rang, this was about 1:35. the employee at the front just looked at the phone and proceeded to continue what she was doing. i waited patiently for the employee, who was working with what seemed to be the assistant manager with a customer who was having her own issue with store. around 1:40, still waiting, i see that my name is on the digital display for my order for 2pm. when i finally got the ladies attention, and pointed to the screen, she just said "oh". So i walk across the parking lot, knowing im not going to be able to expedite my order, but seeing as its only 15 minutes away, i go and grab some beer from the gas station and put it in my trunk. at 2pm i go back into the store. i wait patiently, the front counter lady is getting the 'party room' ready for guests who are arriving. finally at 2:15 i walk up and ask about my order. a lady with a baseball cap, who seems to be the person in charge, goes to the back and then goes to the warming box and pulls my order out; i have no idea how long its been in there. I open the boxes up and one of my pizza's do not have the correct ingredients. At this point im just glad to have something for my money and exit the store. i know realize why its been 15 years or so since i had pizza hut. The pizza's were pretty good (3/5), the spicy lovers was not hot at all. the service i received (0/5). ...

I wish I could give zero. Horrible experience at this place tonight. We definately will be calling corporate and disputing the charges with my bank. I have never been in an establishment where the people that ran the place were so incompetent. So I decided to take my 2 kids, my sister and my toddler niece & nephew here since little Ceasars wait was so long. Big mistake! We were greeted and seated right away. The server was very attentive when placing our orders. Everyone ordered something different for food. One order came out at a time except the two kids meals and I never recieved my order. One of my kids food was made wrong and they remade it and brought it out. No one ate together. I went home hungry because all I wanted was breadsticks and even though I asked several times about our order, they never made them. I was patient until I asked for the breadsticks to be boxed up so I could take them home when everyone was just about done eating. I found out by people talking loudly in the kitchen that they were never made, even though I asked about them. So I asked the waitress to speak to a manager about our experience. Kristen the manager told the server to deal with it, then the dude from the kitchen came out acted as the manager John to handle this, which he definitely was not qualified to do, it escalated the situation. So now all the workers are standing behind the cash register except the actual manager who hid in her office. I heard her. The place is basically an open kitchen. There are too many people who need jobs, if you dont like your job leave! It got to the point I told John to shove the breadsticks up his *ss. The other employees were apologizing and felt terrible, I did not include any of thier names. I will never eat here again...yes Im hangry. The place...

I am a pizza freak. The food was good as always however the same cannot be said for the employees and the overall atmosphere.

I have been going to this location for a while now and the last four…ish… visits have been very different. The food was great; however the staff were not very welcoming at all. One guy completely ignored me when I was simply asking if they were able to handle my pickup or if I just wait here for someone, which I said as nice as possible in my usual friendly tone and peppy demeanor, he walked off saying nothing and a lady showed up after. She was shy and quiet but that was a huge step up when compared to anyone else. When she went to get my order, another employee was stopping her asking random questions then got upset when she walked away to continue with my order. He said something along the lines of, “Hey, I’m f###### talking to you.” which astounded me considering swearing is usually heavily discouraged in any setting… Other times have just been met with me feeling ignored or unwelcome by various people at this location.

If something could be done about these employees' rude demeanor and unprofessionalism I, and I’m sure many others, would be more than grateful…However, I will not be coming to this location anymore after today.
