I have NEVER had a problem with chick fl a in my life! And if I have they have been so nice and accommodating to whatever the matter may have been. Well yesterday was not the case. Unfortunately it was terrible and they did nothing about it. I work in customer service so I understand it all but to no matter was yesterday ok. So I pulled up and ordered, I had to wait to pull up all the way because 2 of the employees were chatting. Okay fine no big deal! I gave my order which I did say I wanted the meal and with that I would like a medium drink and fry but instead to my surprise when I got to the window to get my food it became a MESS! So I gave my order and paid with a gift card, I was told all was OK and wouldn't find out how much was on the gift card till I pulled up to the next spot. So pulled up to the next spot and was told by a boy that the gift card took care of everything.. GREAT!! pulled up to the next which was were I was getting my order. Haha ok here it goes!!! Ma'am did you get a large lemonade? I sure didn't!! Then asked what I ordered because they don't have my order. Odd!! So I tell them, we'll the gift card evidently didn't take the whole total "seriously "! OK it happens! So then I have to pull up to the stop sign and wait for my order ok fine no worries. Guy comes out " Ma'am did you have a jug of sweet tea? NO!!!! Just a larger sweet tea! So then a girl comes out and gives me my food finally, awesome but... NO fries like I asked for. She said you didn't order it. "Yes I did"! I also still don't have my drink yet. Then she brings me my drink and also the receipt and says no you didn't order fries. And if so they substitute and gave you your salad instead of fries. I was like really! After that I just left. I got my food but I can't tell you what and ABSOLUTE mess it was. Read moreThe only good service I received was through the drive-through and the gentleman at the window was absolutely amazing. I went inside because I ended up wanting a salad and wanted to Essentially swap my meal for a salad, which was the same price. Instead, one of the managers rings me up for a salad. It’s a smaller salad and cheaper salad than the big one that you would usually get, he proceeds to tell me I can use my chicken sandwich that I already have and cut it up at home to put on the salad, then offers several times to refund the mac & cheese, and allow me to even keep it. Once I’m done paying for the salad he proceeds to say OK I’ll give you the refund for the mac & cheese. Go ahead and give it to me. Me looking puzzled thinking you just told me I could keep the mac & cheese as a courtesy but OK here we go refund it back on my card. Not to mention when I got the salad, I ordered two extra eggs. The pictures will show these poor eggs, some justice! Also had to ask for the second egg because I only had one in the bag yet I paid $.89 per egg and got charged for two of them. Instead, all the manager had to do was take my meal refund it back to my card ring me up for a regular chicken Cobb salad and call it a day but instead he decided to make my day harder where I have to cut up my own sandwich put it on my Salad myself while on lunch break at work, pay Six dollars extra than I would have because he charged me another nine dollars for this mini salad which I will also show a picture of. The regular salad itself is only $12 and that is What I should’ve paid instead I ended up paying for a whole chicken sandwich, which was eight dollars and another nine dollars for a salad. Update: 11.14.24 - came through the drive thru. Came up to the window and the lady said are you going to use your chick fil an app today. I said no. She said it’s going to be $8.34 which is what they had told me at the ordering box. I gave her my card and the bag was super heavy and I looked at the name and it was Kathy. I said this is not my order: the lady says “Why did you say yes to your name then. This is your own fault” in the most nastiest look I could ever get. I said I’m sorry all you said was are you going to use your chick fil an app today and I said no. This is as she was walking away from me. Then a line manager came out and I told him about it and he completely ignored me. I said just give me my card back and I won’t ever be coming to this chick fil a again. I tried to give it one more try but it is nasty service, you never get my food correct, and your staff and management staff is not how I use to work at chick fil a and it’s disgusting the kind of customer service. I did call back and talk to the manager that was overall and I said I would like to leave my information for the owner of the location. He told me he doesn’t make those kinds of calls.
