I went through the drive-thru today and ordered 2 soft taco supremes with extra cheese. I paid for my order, drive to work and when I looked inside the tacos there was only a "pinch" of cheese. Irritated I put the tacos back into the bag and drive back to taco bell. I went inside a the drive thru girl came over to me and I told her that I was charged for extra cheese however, there wasn't any extra cheese on them. Some little 15 - 16 yr old boy was waking by and said, "they did have extra cheese". I said, excuse me? And he said the statement again, I then said, "NO They didn't have extra cheese", and took the tacos out and showed it to him. He walked away and as he was making the tacos again he was whispering to 2 other employees who then looked over at me. He bagged the tacos and handed the bag to me then said, "next time we will need to charge you for extra extra cheese." I said,"are you kidding?" He said,"NO, I'm not because what I put on the first ones WAS extra." I grabbed my bag and went back to work. I opened the tacos and they're still wasn't extra cheese but at least they're was normal amount of cheese. If I wasn't so angry over the treatment that child was giving to me I would have asked for a manager. If I had an employee speak to one of my clients the way that he spoke to me I would fire them. If I charged someone for something and didn't give it to them that's me stealing so how is this any different? The owner of this taco bell needs to address this store because we all don't need to go to this one because there are plenty of those close by...
Read moreExtremely disappointed at this location. Just wanna start off by saying that I fit into the minority category so we already stood out when we walked in. Only stopped here to refuel. Ordered two chicken bowls worth almost $8 each. One was a standard chicken bowl, the other one I customized to omit cheese, sauce (except for guacamole), and rice due to dietary needs. Oh boy, when I saw my bowl, it had a KID PORTION (maybe even less!) of beans, exactly 4 pieces of chicken and less than a handful of lettuce-LOL, RIDICULOUS. When questioned, the manager said “Yeah, if you want EXTRA, you just have to pay a x amount for EXTRA LETTUCE” and I told her I omit a lot of items from the bowl due to dietary needs but she cut me off again saying “yeah we don’t do that (as In they don’t care if you can’t eat this or that so they don’t add in more of what you CAN actually eat)”. Not only this, they FORGOT the guacamole on BOTH BOWLS and even forgot to give our chips for the nacho sauce (they really just handed us the sauce smh) and when my mom went up to ask for our chips that we already PAID for, the (same) manager was asking her “extra?” While making a face and my mom told her “no, we already paid for it”. Extremely rude behavior by the old white female manager. If I’m paying $8 each for a CHICKEN bowl, at least make it a reasonable portion that will fill an adult human up, not...
Read moreI feel like I constantly have issues with this Taco Bell mainly with me paying for food and them not making sure all the food is in the bag. Went there tonight (3-19-24) around 7pm-8pm in the drive thru the total was $17.46 and my fiancé handed her $27.46 so my fiancé could just get a $10 bill back the cashier opens the door rudely and says “you know I said it was $17.46” my fiancé explained to her that he just wanted a $10 bill back she slams the door and shakes her head. We got home and realized that 2 items (2 soft tacos) were missing. We live about 15 minutes away so we don’t want to drive back. We honestly shouldn’t have to drive back for someone to fix a mistake that shouldn’t have even happened. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Management needs to step in and take action because it’s not that hard to make sure all of the food someone orders is in the bag. Minor mistakes and rude attitudes like this constantly happening shouldn’t be happening. Please fix...
