WORSE PIZZA ORDERING EXPERIENCE. I haven't had Pizza Hut in over 20 yrs. Decided to give it a try on a cold night, ordered $60 worth of food via delivery just to not get my food, had to put clothes on (out of shower) to get myself even though I included a tip & was charged a delivery fee. When I got there, they couldn't find the order. Order placed at 7:15, order confirmed right after, & adv being made. After not receiving it and hr. later, I got in my car at 8:10 to go see where it was (store not answering phone & going to cust serv instead, cust serv manager tried calling but got no answer from the store), I get to the store & JOHN is confused on where my order is. The order was then loc in the system by my #. I waited another 35 min for him to decide he will start making the food, while waiting there, over 9 diff door dashers came in to get my order. Apparently they gave my food to someone else & door dash never picked it up so its now being sent from dasher to dasher since it was never picked up. While there, Jr (a delivery man) & the cook (unk name) were chewing behind the counter while dropping food. Another customer came in (an employee) to order food & John the mgr made their food, gave them extras (that weren't asked for) & sent them on their way, stating they can get bone in wings vs. boneless and any extra meat on their order just cause (he was tryna be cool). I could care less about him giving away food, my problem is, I have been waiting now in the store for almost an hr. w/ STILL NO FOOD yet. Finally I get my food and as I'm leaving the 10th door dasher shows up to get my order. I get my food and I'm now finally getting in my car at 9:40pm (I ordered at 7pm ish) w/ my food. I get home..... & oh hell no. Everything is nasty & the pizza is cooked so hard (thin crust) that it taste like tortilla chips. I will never try this pizza hut again, esp with those 3/4 workers there (the 4th person (also deliver) just kinda did nothing good or bad, just stood there until I offered to come around the counter to help cause now its getting ridiculous). John, Jr & the other guy in the cooking area has no sense of urgency or store order & shld never ever be on a shift by themselves unless they have someone there to manage them because they have no clue about running anything. Not only was this unacceptable but the place has no order and everything was just unsatisfactory. While there, John also offered other door dashers free sodas for their wait but not once offered anything to me as I WAS SURE TO BE UNDERSTANDING AND NOT CAUSE CHAOS. I also wrote a statement for John explaining what happened & so management cld have it along w/ my receipt. This was just terrible. By the time I get home, now its almost 10pm (3 hrs later) & I was charged a delivery fee & I also included a tip. NOT SURE WHO KEPT THE TIP. I also noticed that John was sending delivery drivers to orders w/ over $10 tip & pushing the lower tip orders to door dash. I only notice cause everytime the wld come or go, he wld say u had a $10 one and so does Jr. Youll have another $10 & above n this next one too. (I was just there a looong time & heard/saw way too much) Weird thing is, my tip was slightly under $10 so I'm assuming that's why my order was pushed to door dash, meanwhile I'm only 3 miles...
Read moreI placed an order online on a Friday night. I got a call to tell me they did not have enough dough for the type of pizza I ordered and they were running low on all other type of dough. I was denied the district manager's number and when I got through costumer service I did ended up getting a call from the District manager who told me they are supposed to give any costumer her number if they ask for it. "Diane" the manager on duty is rude, unprofessional, and tried to make me think the would be the one handling my compliant and pretty much nothing would be done. The District mgr asked me to follow some steps for my "next order" (to give them one more chance. I did and I was very clear on what I was ordering and why I had to order on the phone and not online. I also said exactly what I was ordering and why. Well, I ended up having to call the store because my order was wrong. I ended up having to talk to Diane and she was rude, argumentative, and telling me what "i can and cannot order!" This is by far the worse place I have dealt with in the area in the last 8 years I have lived here. They don't have enough dough to complete an order, then when you are asked to give them a chance and you do, they treat you like anything but a costumer. Read moreI just think it's funny how folks are so quick to write a bad review... it's delivered pizza!!! Times are estimated. Sorry it didn't show up within 15 minutes on a weekend night as I'm sure you were the only one ordering pizza that night. Seriously, how many times have you said ill be there in 5 min and show up over a half hour later.. dick... and what's wrong with room temperature? Maybe this is just me, but I prefer my pizza not to be 'scolding, burn the roof of my mouth lava hot' when I get it... I belive in the Daniel Tosh stand up comedy bit about how everyone should work in the food service Industry for at least 6 months, just so you know that your extra side of extra ranch dressing just isn't that F*ing important... again.. it's delivered pizza. If it gets to you in less than an hour and its still warm... I wouldn't complain. And the only reason I'm writing this is bc I saw 2.6 stars and thought 'what the heck?' But then I read the reviews and realized it was just a bunch of entitled whining... I've never had a problem here, and if I did, I'd chalk it up to one bad employee, the driver getting lost, or a super busy night.... no reason to be a snoody pick about delivery...
