After receiving a table top replacement today due to a scratched surface (that was supposed to be delivered by Thanksgiving 2024), we have to leave a one star review. The replacement table top delivered 4 months late is damaged as as one of the corners has no finish on it. Buyers now must beware of the repeated quality issues Ethan Allen is having. We ordered a custom dining set (table, buffet, and chairs) over seven months ago and have had repeated quality problems with finishes being incomplete on corners, chair legs not evenly reaching the floor, scratched surfaces and multi-month delays in getting problems corrected. Ethan Allen used to be synonymous with quality. We have had to repeatedly reach out to get Ethan Allen to correct the damages. Over the last 7 months, there was little to no proactive follow up on status updates from our designer or store. We had to repeatedly call to check on status. This is one of the most disappointing customer experiences we have endured.

It was a pleasure working with Brenda. She was very professional and in spite of her heavy work schedule, she responded quickly to my emails.

For our first meeting, she came to my home to assess the layout of my rooms and what my decorating taste was like. She also helped me out with furniture placement for my main rooms and where to hang a few of my wall hangings.

At the store, she gave a beautiful presentation in the way of samples for upholstery, rugs, and pillow coverings (for my large sectional), taking into consideration my personal tastes. She showed me the 2 pieces of furniture (which happened to be in the store) that I needed that would complement my other decor. For the third meeting, she came back to my home, bringing the samples of colors/shades that we had narrowed it down to, in order to make the final decision, taking into consideration the lighting also. She was spot on. She pulled it all together beautifully and I'm very pleased. She also recommended lighting for my living room and kitchen. I couldn't have done it without her.
